It's built like a love hotel. The facilities are adequate. The only thing that's missing is the bath towels. The front desk couldn't speak Japanese or English, but I could tell they were trying to be hospitable.

Coffee is free!! There are lots of shops right on the doorstep, so it's great for business people. I also stayed here for a long period of time with my 3-4 year old child. There is a play area within walking distance, but it costs money, so my wife took her there almost every day (lol). There's also an E-Mart within walking distance, so you won't have any trouble finding food.

The hotel facilities and rooms were both clean. However, there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke when taking the elevator. The lighting was a bit dark, but there was no loud noise while sleeping.
