倚靠絕美灕江畔，遠處是綿延山巒。不同於人工造景的酒店，悦榕莊憑灕江而建，三面環山，獨佔遇龍河一隅。大堂吧每晚會舉行日落儀式，山歌環繞，銅鑼的敲打，寓意“喜慶吉祥，歡迎到來”。
酒店內的親子項目也多，邂逅孔雀、給鴨餵食、湖畔觀魚、草坪歡樂足球等等。
設施：普通客房66平，不算大，佈置還行。1.1米的床稍窄了些，床墊也有軟硬兩面，第一晚睡着太軟，第二天服務員翻了硬麪朝上稍好些。
除了礦泉水，迷你吧的所有東西都要收費。
每天有幾個小水果，兩三個小點心，晚上日落儀式時還有小碗糖水免費品嚐。
試了一千多的全身放鬆按摩spa，睡著了，也沒體驗出手法好賴😌
每天在酒店裡逛逛，灕江邊走走，逗逗小動物，看看孔雀開屏也是很愜意的！
不管是前台餐廳還是客房服務，遇到的每一位服務都是非常熱心的，添加的小管家也是早晚問候，有問題也能很快解決。
稍微不足的就是剛離店就索要好評，晚上又電話問候。本來客人一整天舟車勞頓，還沒好好休息一下，感覺就像催債一樣，哪裡能有好心情評價？再好的服務也倒了胃口！特別是還有其他酒店必須要求添加管家名字發佈的五星好評，不知道酒店領導要員工這樣做的意義何在？
任何服務的評價都需要客人發自內心的表達才有真情實感，如何“贏得”而非“索取”這份評價？核心恰恰在於服務過程本身：
1. 提供超越預期的真誠。
2. 創造值得記憶的體驗。
3. 尊重客人反饋的自由，給予空間，不施加壓力。
對其他潛在客人而言，這才是最可信的路標。

The fabulous hotel 🏨 is nestled @ 🇨🇳 Guilin Yangshuo, perfect for those who seek peace, bliss & tranquility, to unwind in style & luxury. We were wowed by the top-notched service rendered by the staff members alike.
The villa was elegant & posh, offering a high life experience like “Crazy Rich Asians” 🍷🥂. The breakfast was so oishi a culinary journey 🍖🍳🫐🍒🥝 like none other. The hotel offer complimentary photography & bamboo rafting experiences for guests to wanderlust around the resort in style to capture cherished precious moments 📸

感覺性價比高，也錯峯出行，就買了酒店3晚的套票，和家人朋友來住住。
位置稍微隱蔽，大概在興坪鎮和西街之間的中間位置，距離高鐵站20多公里；遇龍河邊，自然風景和園林風格。2015年的酒店，外部牆體感覺老舊了點，房間內還是不錯的：有浴缸有露台，有隔斷式的“辦公”空間。就是標間的床太小了，好像衹有1.1米，感覺太小氣了。
有房間水果，每晚都送小點心，真的很小😅，還有小掛件什麼的（我們都留在酒店沒帶走）。
早餐品種很多，口味每個人感受不一樣，就不評價了。我們是去度假的，不趕景點，所以每天早餐吃到快結束😀😀，然後中午都不用吃午餐了。
酒店有個小人工池，錦鯉很多，還有鵝鴨和孔雀，給酒店增添了很多生機。

這次入住桂林陽朔悦榕莊徹底被驚艷到了！酒店坐落在如畫的灕江畔，每扇窗都是一幅水墨畫，清晨在鳥鳴中醒來，推窗即見薄霧中的喀斯特山峯，彷彿住進了唐詩裏的仙境🌿
江景別墅從房內即能將灕江秀美風景收進眼裡，客房設計將壯族風情與現代奢華完美融合，浴缸旁落地窗可一邊泡澡一邊欣賞日落，細節處處體現東方美學。每天傍晚的日落儀式太治癒，看着金色餘暉灑滿江面，配着特調雞尾酒，瞬間忘記所有煩惱～
餐飲更是驚喜！白雲中餐廳的灕江啤酒魚鮮掉眉毛，香樟華蘋下午茶搭配手作桂花糕，每一口都是地道廣西味。最難忘的是灕江竹筏下午茶，隨波蕩漾在山水間，隨手拍都是大片📸
服務團隊堪稱業界標桿，管家Emily細心體貼，迴應及時，專業、高效且極具預見性的服務是我們此次入住體驗中的亮點，充分體現了貴酒店一流的服務水準。”
離店時收到手工綉球伴手禮，車開出去很遠還看見工作人員在揮手告別…這樣的細節服務讓我確信：悦榕莊不止是酒店，更是值得反覆回味的心靈棲息地。已經迫不及待計劃下次灕江邊的旅遊了。

我們定的套餐 給我們升級了修養別墅！出現了一些衞生問題，酒店都能非常及時的解決！非常不錯！但是早餐真的不好吃，很少在五星級以上點酒店吃到這樣的早餐，還沒有AB餐，兩天吃的都一樣！關鍵是！餐廳在早餐期間特別腥臭！午飯去吃就很正常！真的建議整改！對於神經高敏人來説不建議住任何一家裝修老舊的酒店！空調最小檔噪音也很大！我住的幾百塊的桔子酒店新裝修的超級安靜！
但是但是！旅拍真的好看！這把還花錢了！門口的旅拍可以衹做粧造200塊，特別划算！特別好！值得！但是攝影師態度不好！魚塘的水很臭！整體來説湊合
