Very clean property and large spacious rooms. Staff were very nice and breakfast was good. Wale were also able to rent scooters which was very convenient. View from the room was also very nice

Five-star review! The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy. It definitely lives up to its 'Bamboo Forest View' name. The room was well-equipped, and the service was excellent. The only downside was that it was a bit hard to find.

Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed, stunning mountain views! This hotel offers great value for money, the room was clean, and all the amenities were complete. The owner was very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!!

The location is decent, very close to West Street. The hotel offers electric scooters for rent, which makes getting around quite convenient. There's a cat cafe in the lobby on the first floor where you can pet cats. However, there were no bath towels in the room, only disposable ones. The toilet in the room wasn't working very well, and many of the light switches were broken.

It was wonderful, the rooms are very clean and just beautiful, the tub was amazing, I’m 180cm and I think this is the first tub I’ve ever been able to lie down in completely submerged. The staff are just the sweetest and so very helpful! The Mountain views are gorgeous and just all in all a great experience! It is a little far from any attractions but still absolutely worth the trip.
