I loved this hotel, it's a good place to stay. The staff are very kind and help us with shopping and transport to dockings. We rented an electric motorbike from them to ride around the city streets and it was incredible. And they gave us a room upgrade for free. Thank you ❤️

The rooms are very nice and originals. Very specious. Good service. It seems very new. Good for long stays (very confortable).

The staff was super friendly and attentive,they took care of our requests and tried their best to make us feel comfortable. The view is beautiful from the hotel. The rooms were a little different from the pictures and the main building is a little old and untidy.I recommend do book the cabins instead.

Amazing place. Best swimming pool ever. Hired ebikes direct from the hotel to get around town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful, peaceful stay. Will be back!

The location was great with a beautiful pond right outside. The front desk was friendly and helped me with any questions I had. It is a kids friendly place so there were many kids running around and playing. The doors are not completely sealed so you can hear everything happening in the hallway which was a little annoying but overall it’s a nice hotel with a stunning view!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful pool. Staff very nice and helpful - using a translate program to communicate. Only negative - 5th floor with no elevators and twice room card did not work and had to go back down 5 floors to get it fixed. Breakfast is Chinese but plenty of food for the set meal. They even gave us a surprise parting gift of some things, I think from their farm, rice and medicine ball for tea.

This hotel has a lovely view of the mountains. The facilities are well kept and clean. My room was on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, so keep that in mind. The room was clean, bed and pillows are amazing. The soaking tub and shower were spacious. The shower could be looked after better as there was a bit of grime built up. The toilet is fancy with a bidet and heated seat. The weather was too chilly for my to enjoy the pool, but it looks beautiful although the path to get there is a bit long. The restaurant has good food for good prices for lunch and dinner. The breakfast is simple, not my taste, but what I’ve come to expect in the area. There is a cute cafe about 10 mins walking from the hotel. It’s nice and offers coffee, cocktails and some western food. The hotel helped me to rent a bicycle as well as book cars to and from the hotel for ¥150 each way. There is a covid testing spot only about 20 mins walking from the hotel which is quite convenient.
