We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a 1-minute walk from lively West Street, yet still close enough to the road to be easily accessible by car. The hotel had plenty of entertainment options and games, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
One of the ladies at the front desk was especially kind and spoke excellent English. She took the time to explain all the nearby activities, helped us rent a scooter, and made everything super convenient.
Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, with soft sheets.
Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

We extended our stay in this hostel because it was very convenient.
Friendly staff and room clean and spacious. It has all the facilities needed for a good stay, hairdryer also provided😊
Close to restaurants and west street. They also rent motorbikes.

The location is great, right by the west street. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff are super friendly! The only minus for us was that the room looked out onto the main road so it would get noisy with traffic and could hear loud music from local shops late into the night.

Reasons why we had an excellent stay here at Emoji:
1. Emily, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating. She speaks good English. We really enjoyed our home away from home
2. Location is superb - just a few steps away from the buzzling West Street
3. Their lobby area is like a free cat cafe, and they serve good milk tea and cake!
4. We got to use their KTV room, and it was fun!
Some points we didn't appreciate much:
1. No elevator
2. They don't change towels or sheets (maybe because it's just a hostel?)
3. Shower can flood the room, if not used correctly (has to be angled in).
4. You have to pay for laundry, 10rmb per load, and they wash and dry it for you -- drying is manual (air-dry)though so I advise you to avail of this service at least two days before you need your clothes 😜

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel is in a prime location, close to the famous pedestrian street, making shopping very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and it was quiet whether facing the inner street or the main road. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, although the prices are slightly higher than average, the quality is fine. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient in handling check-in and check-out, and they provided patient and detailed travel advice. I recommend this hotel to travelers who value convenience and quality service.

The soundproofing is poor, there is a lot of traffic jam, constant honking of cars, and noise from people on the street, so I couldn't sleep well. Not suitable for people who go to bed early. The room was clean but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The wifi is not working, I chose this place just for its convenient location.
