The owner of the hotel was very welcoming and supportive. She has suggested several room choices for our booking, helped us with our laundry needs, cooked a delicious lunch and was very supportive with all our queries

chen jie most helpful (sorry I forgot to return the bottle of oil) and a good cook too. Happily upgraded us to a better room as is low season. Bathroom is clean and modern.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We were upgraded free of charge. The room is functional and offers a beautiful view of the mountains.
The hotel has a restaurant in the evening. The food is very good. The optional breakfast is also tasty.

Cute beautiful little boutique hotel. The view is absolutely stunning. And very close to the attraction and foodddd!!! The people working there are nothing but lovely and kind. Can't thank them enough for giving us such a great time!!!

Good location just outside the pedestrianised old town. Excellent views from the river-facing rooms. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they helped me get to honking trailheads and other places I needed to find. They spoke no English, but the owner added me on WeChat and helped organise everything I needed

Great location. Thanks to the staff for their help. Since the hotel has no elevator, they helped carry my huge suitcase up to the 4th floor. Everything you need was in the room. Clean, neat, with a great view! You can walk to the main tourist places.
