Grand Rezen Hotel Yang Shuo

The place is newly renovated, very clean, and the room was spacious. It's a bit of a walk from the ferry pier, but you can take an electric scooter. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the rice noodles were delicious. Overall, highly recommended!

This hotel is top-notch: the rooms are very spacious, and it's just a two-minute walk from West Street. Even during peak Golden Week holidays like National Day, you don't have to worry about parking. Plus, iconic local dining like Dashifu Beer Fish is right downstairs.

The room has a great location, right in the most convenient area of Yangshuo, and the best part is that it is not noisy at all. It's very convenient to go anywhere with easy transportation. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the major attractions.

The biggest plus of this hotel is the convenient parking. It's located right at the entrance of West Street, with a large underground parking lot. During peak times, they even offer valet parking and traffic control services, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot during the National Day holiday. The service attitude is also excellent. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent! It's very close to West Street, Impression Sanjie Liu, and the Four-Star Cruise Terminal – all easily reachable on foot. The hotel bedding is very comfortable, and the lighting is great; it was bright enough for my child to do homework at night. The room was also cleaned very well! Last night, my child had a fever, and the housekeeping auntie brought us a thermometer, which was very thoughtful and heartwarming! Due to my child's health, we checked out a day early, and the hotel promptly refunded the difference, which I really appreciate! Thumbs up! 👍

On the 8th floor, there's an outdoor swimming pool, perfect for photos and checking in.

The experience was very good. They proactively upgraded us to a room with a window, and when we requested a bed-joining service, the staff quickly accommodated and made up the beds for us. When we needed a thermometer, the front desk sent it directly to our room. The cleaning staff would also proactively greet us and say hello, which made for a pleasant experience. It's definitely worth recommending. It's also close to Yangshuo Park, and the scenery is beautiful. The rooftop is perfect for taking photos.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to West Street, and the environment is quiet. The room's hygiene, especially the wet and dry areas, was very well done. The bedding was comfortable, and the soft, motion-sensing nightlights were a thoughtful touch – excellent attention to detail. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with both a Chinese and Western restaurant area offering a wide variety of dishes. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were polite, even upgrading our room type to accommodate our family. The hotel is close to all the popular attractions, making it a highly recommended place to stay!
