The hygiene is very good, the environment is good, and the surrounding facilities are complete
The only negative comment is about the front desk and service. When I left, I didn't even give a bottle of water to the front desk, so I asked them to go back to the room and get it themselves. . It's like there is no service

房間非常新，非常乾淨！設施設備都讓房間很舒適，睡了一整晚的好覺！酒店裡麪還有便利店，買東西補零食太方便了！
最重要是服務非常好！

酒店離西湖公園不遠，隔一條馬路就是，後面有免費停車位，裝修新，房間大，設施新，熱水足，有冷暖空調，前台服務態度不錯，推薦好吃的。晚上步行去西湖公園（周邊是商業街和餐飲）

裝修後各種配套都升級了，衞生也不錯，廁所紙巾比較拉跨，早上退房前台小哥在前台裏面抽煙……

房間空氣差，煙味大，房間又冷又凍，外面氣温接近0度，酒店房間熱水不熱，酒店洗澡水衹有18度，酒店服務態度差，客房服務差，員工素質差，什麼都差，很不滿意。差評！
