The price is expensive, the version is wrong, there is no window, and it is impossible to return. I knocked on the door at 11.30 noon to check out. I won’t stay in that hotel in the future.

客房燈昏暗，強度不夠亮就算了吧，被罩有臟污，馬桶堵了😰，後半夜樓下露營地影響到無法休息

和朋友一起去的，他們是一早網上訂的163的標雙，剛去到就有客人多訂了一間想退掉，就就剛好要了下來，標雙是無窗的，暗無天日，所幸空調能用，淋浴能用，就是馬桶有問題，上了個小號就堵了，標間沒有風筒、衣架，電視電話網絡不通，孩子沒得消遣，可是朋友訂了兩天的房，無奈第二天衹能換了個海景親子房，起碼有新鮮空氣，海景嗎？算是湖景吧，海景房和標間的區別之一，就是海景房有七八個衣架，插座沒壞能用，距離沙扒灣很近，但是因為酒店設施的問題，還280多一晚，不建議選這一家入住

502房，幾處牆壁發黴起烏龜的，門口處天花板爛個大洞，開窗和房門通風好一陣還是黴味難聞。換到501房，還加了20元，沒有發黴的牆壁了，但洗澡才發現衞生極差，衞生間也狹小，安頓下來才發現衞生間門口對着大床，很不舒服，想想住一晚就走人，就忍着不再換房了。

房間還有用過的牙刷沒收拾，很老舊的酒店，空調不行，給了把風扇，再三投訴叫我去前台退錢，去到前台又説叫我去app退，1.5雙床房標配入住4人，衹有兩個枕頭，叫前台拿兩個過來，前台態度惡劣，説沒有，你説什麼她都説沒有，第一次住酒店有這樣的體驗，怪不得評分這麼低，我以為衹是比較舊，前台都不咋地，一⭐都不推薦。

差評，服務態度不好，停車場坑坑窪窪，信號差，Wi-Fi也用不了，樓下有ktv吵，傍晚去沙灘玩晚上回來沒有水沖涼，打電話前台也沒人聽，跑下樓兩三次去問，等到半夜兩點多困得不行沒沖涼就睡了，
