장점은 낙산 해수욕장이 방에서 바라볼수 있어 좋고.
저녁이나 아침에 산책하기 좋았습니다
단점은 겨울인데 보일러가 약한것 같아 프론트에 전화 했더니
따뜻해졌습니다.
식기가 좀 부족해서 식사를 해서 먹기엔 좀 불편할수도
있을것 같습니다.
주변에 치킨집과 콘도내 작은 슈퍼가 있지만
저녁때 장을 봐서 오면 좋을듯 합니다.
저희 양양시장 근처에서 보쌈세트하고 치킨 사가지고 와서 먹었습니다.

호텔안에서 본 뷰 때문에 다른단점은 가려지네요.
호텔 주변이 으스스하고, 룸 상태가 최상이 아닙니다.
청소상태도 아주 깔끔하진 않아요.

두번째 방문입니다
시설은 낡았지만 가족이 머무는데 불편한 것은 없었습니다
리모델링이 된 숙소였고
직원분들이 매우 친절하고 바다가 잘 보입니다
침구 상태도 좋고 화장실도 깨끗했습니다 샴푸 린스 비누가 준비되어 있고 수건상태도 괜찮았습니다
냉장고/밥솥은 사용감이 매우 있었습니다
1층 편의점은 종류가 매우 적습니다
숙소 앞 바로 산책로가 잘 되어 있습니다
도보 10분 거리에 24시 편의점이 2곳 있고 카페도 있어 산책하며 이용 했습니다
주변에 식당은 도보 10분-15분 거리에 있습니다

방은 그런데로 좋았지만 방네거미줄과 난방이좀..그리고 건물 청결도에서 최악이네요

진짜 촤악 곰팡이 냄새로 인해서 잠을 잘수가
없었 습니다.
20만원 가격 리조트 수준이 최악 입니다.
리조트 운영 대표자 꼭 203호 왼쪽방 에서 문 꼭
닫고 하루밤 취침 하시길 권장 합니다.
새벽3시에 곰팡이 냄새로 인해서 잠을 못자고 거실
에서 문열러 놓고 글 작성 합니다.
