酒店前台服務員很熱情，總體性價比還可以。但是淋雨間地漏堵塞嚴重，來了個保安讓客人自己摳一下地漏，這個多少讓人很舒適。另外，就是可能酒店時間較長，房間隔音不是太好，一早走廊上的聲音聽的一清二楚，有待改善。

酒店衞生環境都很滿意，設施也很好！服務員太有禮貌了，看見顧客要上樓，都會隨手幫忙按電梯，看見了都會問好，很温暖，真正體會到賓至如歸的感覺，以後到揚中還會住這家的。
