Breakfast is acceptable, but most of the dishes are salty and spicy. The service level of the restaurant staff needs to be improved, and training needs to be strengthened. When there are customers in the restaurant, there is a lot of noise. If you don't understand the local dialect of Yangzhou, you can probably know that the two are scolding, and the feeling of eating is gone, just want to leave quickly. The front desk is the facade of the hotel, the service is attentive and the attitude is excellent, the restaurant is also very important, the quality of breakfast can affect the mood of the day! We stayed for two days. We didn't clean the hygiene on the first day. For some reason, we went out at noon. When we went back in the evening, we only saw that the water was put in, the trash bags were changed, the beds were not made, and the windows were not opened. All of a sudden, I was in a bad mood! Generally speaking, it is ok, I hope Atour will be better and better!

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.
