Yitel (Yangzhou Qionghua Building, Ancient Canal, Dongguan Street)

Every staff member was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was delicious too! We had a small incident during our stay, and the hotel promptly sent us a towel gift set and a souvenir. The check-in process could be improved though; we had to wait almost 10 minutes before we could go up to see our room.

This was the smart king room booked for us. My husband usually handles all the hotel bookings and travel planning, but he was too busy this time, so I took over. Honestly, when we first entered the room, I was a bit disappointed because it was quite small, especially since we had our child with us. The activity space was limited, so we decisively paid extra to upgrade to a superior twin room, which offered significantly more space. Initially, my husband wasn't sure about the hotel's location, but then he realized it was right next to the ancient Grand Canal. It's just a short walk downstairs, and the scenery is beautiful, especially at night. Strolling along the Grand Canal was incredibly pleasant. Then, just across the bridge is He Garden, very close by. A few more steps lead to Pishi Street, a popular influencer spot, and a bit further on is Guandong Street. I asked my husband what he thought of the hotel, and he said it was excellent. The hotel is new, very clean, and the service is incredibly attentive. The breakfast was also delicious, and the Yangzhou fried rice was exceptional. Yangzhou is so beautiful, and our stay here was wonderful, adding even more joy to our trip to Yangzhou! 😀

The location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, and peacefully quiet, providing a super comfortable stay. Even though it's a comfort-level hotel, it offers five-star attentive service, making it incredible value for money! All the staff are warm, their service is meticulous and thoughtful, and their professionalism is top-notch. The breakfast buffet offers a rich and diverse selection of dishes, and the restaurant serves meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so you don't have to go out looking for food, which is a huge convenience. During my stay, any issues I had were met with a prompt response and efficient resolution from the staff. Overall, the experience was absolutely perfect, and I genuinely highly recommend this place. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Xiaohan at the front desk. She was so kind, lovely, and thoughtful, even preparing a cute little gift for my child! We ran into a hotel maintenance worker in the elevator, and as he exited, he thoughtfully turned back to press the close button for us. When we checked out, it was raining, and the staff quickly wiped the rain off our car windows. Even after we drove off, they were still waving goodbye to us in the rain.

The service was attentive and warm, and they even gave me some Yangzhou speciality nougat as a souvenir. The follow-up service was excellent too (they sent a WeChat message asking if I'd arrived home safely!). It's a star-rated hotel with a personal touch. I'll definitely stay at Yhe Hotel again if I get the chance.

The service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a great variety of choices. A complimentary car wash was a nice bonus. Every staff member greeted us warmly and proactively offered assistance.

Taking advantage of the annual leave, my bestie and I came to Yangzhou and stayed at the Hanting Premium Hotel (experience store). The overall environment is quite pleasant and peaceful. Most importantly, it's very close to attractions like Dongguan Street without being noisy. There are also places to grab a drink not far away, making an evening stroll and enjoying the breeze very relaxing. Sister Xiaohan at the hotel was fantastic. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet, but she specifically found a spot for us to rest and allowed me to get some work done. She responded to all our questions immediately and even recommended great places to eat and visit. She was so thoughtful and enthusiastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yangzhou.

The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy everyone's tastes. The staff at every touchpoint were incredibly enthusiastic, providing thoughtful and attentive service, which made our trip to Yangzhou very pleasant!
