Yitel Yangzhou on Qionbhuz building is one of the best hotel experience we had when we traveled Jiangsu province of China in the month of March 2025. The hotel is situated near the city center and shows warm hospitality on our arrival and continues surprising us with great services, including room, laundry, travel and dining. We were assigned a room butler Chienchien and the sweet girl provided us with abundant travel information about Yangzhou. One rainy night, we decided to have dinner in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel and got an opportunity to chat with the restaurant manager Mr. Chen. Not only he offered us the super dining service, he also talked with us on local news and stories about Yangzhou, good recommendation of traditional food and heritage restaurant, plus the travel tips on visiting Slender West Lake and Great Canal Museum, which are the famous city sites. Overall, we stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful first visit on Yangzhou because of the hospitality from this hotel. I highly recommend the stay for anyone traveling to the city.

I seldom write reviews but this hotel was different. The hotel service was simply excellent, all the staffs were so friendly and hospitable, especially the 管家 - Mr 张耀扬. Breakfast was wonderful as well with many varieties of good quality food. A wonderful hotel worth staying again!

I do not usually write reviews but I will for this hotel. The whole hotel front desk crew (not just one member) was excellent - in particular Mr Sun LY, made us felt very welcome and easy. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was sumptuous. Highly recommended and I will stay again if I am back to YangZhou.

All the staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. They are patience in listening to our queries. They use Dyson hair dryer,mi scale and disinfection cupboard. Quality of mattress is good.

When I arrived at the hotel at noon, the housekeeper Huang Yan had already arranged a room that we fell in love with at first sight. While waiting for check-in, Yan Yan housekeeper not only took the initiative to help us book the He Garden tickets online, but also personally accompanied us to the room to explain in detail how to use each facility. The warm and meticulous service makes people feel like spring breeze! The hotel has an excellent location. Attractions such as Pi Shi Street and He Garden are within walking distance. After collecting three hotels on Ctrip, I was still attracted by the smart facilities and convenient transportation of Yitel Hotel. Turn left and walk a few hundred meters to the Heyuan Scenic Area. There are many popular restaurants that are delicious and inexpensive. The three-day trip to Yangzhou ended quickly. Looking at the souvenirs sent by the hotel, what remained in my heart was satisfaction and touching. Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose the Yitel Hotel again.
