We had a great stay at this hotel. The view from our room was beautiful and the bathtub was excellent. The buffet was very nice as well. Isabelle at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Overall a good hotel with a nice swimming pool. Only downsides were that it wasn't possible to turn on the fridge and the view was a little disappointing (considering the is hotel located right next to a lake)

The hotel seemed a bit run down considering the price. The room smelled musty upon entry. The shower water was slow to heat up. However, the staff were friendly and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The Crowne Plaza is an excellent option in Yangzhou. The location is very convenient; the facilities and service are excellent, and the hotel offers a very good breakfast. Highly recommended!!

This hotel is not near the city centre, however, it suited my needs perfectly. I rode a motorcycle into Yangzhou and the hotel is conveniently outside the motorcycle exclusion zone!
Very helpful staff, secure parking facilities, a small welcome gift was offered!
I was a little disappointed not to find complimentary coffee in my room
