Kempinski Hotel Yangzhou

I extended my stay for another night due to the typhoon, and it was an incredibly warm and thoughtful experience. The front desk staff, Amber, Freya, and Eva, provided meticulous and attentive service, and you could feel their genuine sincerity in every interaction. The team in red, Lucia, Scarlett, and Alice, were caring and detail-oriented. The concierges, Chris and Noa, were courteous and polite, offering highly professional city information. The room was spotlessly clean, and all the facilities were complete and functional. The public areas were clean and elegant. There was no excessive formality, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Both the value for money and the overall experience were excellent. I'm extremely satisfied and it truly deserves five stars! I will definitely come back again.

This newly opened hotel, still in its soft opening phase, is really impressive. We booked it specifically for the scenic pool and weren't disappointed. The facilities are excellent, no chlorine smell, and there's even a massage pool with very clean water. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor was also a highlight; the food was delicious. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the hotel's somewhat secluded location – most deliveries start from about 4km away. However, for families like ours who primarily come to relax at the hotel with their kids, this wasn't an issue at all. It was uncrowded, clean, had great facilities and food, and the price was acceptable. We'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

From the moment we stepped out of the car, we experienced the hotel's warm hospitality. The lobby is beautiful, and perhaps because it's a newer hotel, it wasn't overly crowded. The front desk mentioned they have a limited number of rooms, which made for a fantastic stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the pool's construction standards were exceptionally high; my child even learned to swim there 🏊. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants offered delicious food 😋. There's also a light show on weekend evenings. We'll definitely be back during the summer holidays in July and August. At checkout, they even gave us a sachet with a lovely fragrance. We really loved it.

Drove here from Shanghai for the Dragon Boat Festival. The service was absolutely fantastic! There weren't many guests, so it felt like we had multiple staff members attending to us at all times. The breakfast was exquisite, and the French toast was a highlight. Our room was comfortable, and the hotel pool was an amazing experience – we swam there two days in a row. To be able to stay at this price during a holiday was incredible value for money and significantly enhanced our trip to Yangzhou. I noticed there's still construction going on around the hotel, so I'm guessing the price won't be this good next time I visit! 🤭 Highly recommend.

The facilities are great, everything you'd expect is there. However, the service was quite disappointing. During check-in, the front desk staff actually said, 'Our hotel gym and pool are free, by the way.' And get this, on the first day, we had to eat breakfast at an adjacent hotel because they were 'changing menus.' Plus, we had to take our own three rounds of dirty dishes to the collection point; no staff came to clear our table. Unbelievable! But here's the twist: the Chinese restaurant on their second floor is incredible. It's even better than some Michelin-starred Huaiyang restaurants in Shanghai. You absolutely *must* try the lobster soup lion's head and the fish soup noodles, and the Sweet and Sour Mandarin Fish is so good it made all my previous complaints melt away.

After work, I loved relaxing in the courtyard, which was perfect for unwinding. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, allowing for undisturbed work and rest, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The on-site dining offers great quality, and the service is professional and courteous. The environment is serene and refined. The front desk staff, Eva, Amber, and Eden, provided professional and attentive service. Alice, the lady in red, was particularly patient and thorough, proactively anticipating my needs and handling situations flexibly. This hotel truly balances business requirements with a relaxing experience. It's definitely a place I'd choose again for future business trips.

The hotel's design is tasteful, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. The large garden even had adorable cats! The overall facilities are high-end and very clean, and the service was excellent – every staff member provided great service. The à la carte breakfast was good, and the dishes at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor were exquisite and delicious. The evening musical fountain was beautiful. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and they even gave me a souvenir fridge magnet when I left.

All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and sincere, and they even helped me look after my baby, haha! The breakfast was also delicious; I highly recommend the minced pork noodles! The fruit quality was excellent, and the cakes were amazing – my kids couldn't get enough! A hotel often forms a traveler's first impression of a city, and Yangzhou Kempinski definitely exceeded expectations! Thank you to everyone for your service! We'll be back next time!
