The hotel facilities are elegant and unique, clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful, the breakfast is rich in variety and delicious, it is a very good experience.

The hotel has complete and elegant facilities; although the room decoration is a bit old, it is well maintained and cleaned (the tables, chairs, and bathroom appliances are wiped with alcohol wipes every time you check in), and no dust was found; the front desk, cleaning staff, doormen (older) and restaurant service staff were all very warm and polite, and responsive, especially the uncle who guided the guests in the lobby, who not only helped the guests with their luggage and sent them to the elevator, but also introduced the hotel services and the use of room supplies, which was very considerate; the environment inside and outside the hotel is beautiful and pleasant, and it is right next to the Royal Wharf and Yechun Head Office, which is very convenient for sightseeing and dining.

The one star for the service is for the doorman, he was very nice and considerate. The following is an objective description, and the content in brackets is my true psychological reaction at the time. I arrived at the hotel around 2pm. When I checked in, I was informed that the executive lounge was closed. When I asked why, they said it was under renovation (then they should have informed me at the time of booking. Why did they tell me only at check-in? Never mind, I was already here, so I would just as long as there weren't a bunch of tour groups eating breakfast together). I was told that there was only one north room on the seventh floor, as all the others were booked by tour groups (after the fun, breakfast would be a mess, how unlucky, it’s a bit too late to change places now). When I entered the room, I felt very hot and thought the air conditioner had not been turned on yet. After settling my things, I went out to play with my family. When I returned to the room at about 7pm, I still felt hot. The air conditioner control panel showed that the air outlet temperature was 24 degrees, so I turned up the air volume. It was 8:21, which was the time told to me by the lobby manager afterwards. I called the room service to ask why the air conditioner was not cold, and received a 200-word operating guide. I said that the operation was correct and they would reply to my questions later. About five minutes later, they called me back to say that the air conditioner was not turned on during the day (ten thousand? +!, the temperature today was 19 to 31 degrees). The equipment room said it would be turned on immediately and please wait 59 minutes (this time point is really mysterious). After 9:30, the room service, that is, button 5, always remained busy... We arranged for the elderly to take a shower first. The water was sometimes strong and sometimes weak. The sun shower above kept dripping cold water. There was water leaking from the gap under the bathroom door no matter how we closed the door. The floor mat was already wet, so we had to put a big towel there to prevent the elderly from slipping. At around 11:30 at night, the room was abnormally hot and stuffy, the air conditioning control panel showed 22 degrees (the outdoor temperature was 19 degrees), and the customer service phone button 5 continued to be busy (I couldn't stand it anymore, the elderly at home had finally fallen asleep, and I was afraid of disturbing them if I went to find the waiter). The elderly at home did not sleep well the previous night, so they got up at 5am and went downstairs to have breakfast. The temperature in the elevator lobby was comfortable and cooler than the room! ! ! There weren't many people at breakfast, no more than fifty, and it didn't look like there were many tour groups. When picking up the food, I saw an auntie dressed as a waitress jumping at the boiled egg table and putting the eggs in her pocket. Another auntie dressed in the same way was beating milk in front of a milk bucket with a stainless steel cup. Another one brought a plate of fried dough sticks and smelled it while sending it to the breakfast table (I didn't dare to eat it). When I returned to the room, it still showed 24 degrees. The function of button 5 returned to normal. I called to ask if the air conditioner was broken. Why didn’t the temperature drop after being turned on all night and was even hotter than outside? The answer I got was: they were afraid that some guests would be afraid of the cold, so they turned off the air conditioner at night (are some guests physically or mentally disabled? Didn’t the room service teach in detail how to use the air conditioner controller in the room?)! ! ! Well, although we booked four nights, one night is beyond my cognition. Goodbye, Xiyuan, see you forever! Even if I spend a little more money to stay in other hotels temporarily, I will not stay in Xiyuan again.

Convenient for travel, you can walk to Dongguan Street, Yechunyu Wharf Store is right at the door, you don't have to rush for morning tea, the room is clean, and there is a cloakroom. Fruits and yogurt are replenished every day, breakfast has Yangda yogurt and the hotel's secret yogurt, and the staff in the lobby are very polite.
