The cultural atmosphere is very strong, the room layout is simple, there are bookshelves, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is rich, there is a parking lot, there are restaurants nearby, and the scenic spots are not far away. The night tour to the Slender West Lake in the package is very good. What is lacking is that the check-in at the front desk is the whole process There is no smiling face. I asked about the breakfast and said it was on the fifth floor. I didn’t ask and didn’t tell me. The night tour reservation was only made with the assistance of a waiter nearby.

環境：挺安靜，位置也好，對面就是商場，隨便去吃了滋奇火鍋
衞生：總體不錯，但是衞生間馬桶前面地上有煙灰並沒有打掃❌❌，想着有點晚就沒叫客房服務，建議以後打掃衞生還是仔細些

酒店的裝修真的非常棒。每一個細節都充滿了文化特色，讓人感受到了濃厚的歷史氛圍。從牆上的藝術畫作到房間內的傢俱擺設，都讓人感到舒適和愉悦。作為一家五星級酒店，它的設施和設備也是非常完善的。房間內的衞生間設施一應俱全，床鋪舒適，還有充足的空間供我自由活動。

整體來説酒店很大氣，環境也很好，文化酒店春節滿滿的氛圍感，很適合打卡拍照。客房服務也很及時，小機器人很有禮貌的送東西。酒店也貼心的準備了外出小貼士，很暖心。早餐也是很豐富。唯一不足的就是衞生間格局很奇怪，上廁所開門會撞腿。

整體服務還是很不錯的，辦理入住很快，有小童拖鞋等需求也能很快回應，前台能借到指甲刀等物品，酒店大堂有景點美食交通等小貼士，方便遊客取用。我們一行三位成人，衹有兩份早餐，前台主動提出贈送一份，非常感謝！房間贈送的小食每日都會補充。酒店有自己的地面及地下停車場，入住客人免費停車，很方便。退房時小姐姐還送了飲料和龍貓玩偶，孩子們很是開心，好評！
