Hotel location is prefect, food and service are excellent !!! Ms. Grace GAO is nice and professional

First time get bad surprise from I.C. hotels ( picture attached). Worst was call before book twice and no one don't mention that situation. It's not good be not honest!!! People deserve get what they expect and pay.

I will definitely stay at Intercontinental in Sanlitun Beijing again. I am a frequent traveller and it’s been one of the best stays I’ve had. The location is great, the room is new and spacious, the bed is also very comfortable. All of the staff were very helpful and professional. The one that stood out was Hardy who helped us book restaurants, made sure we had a smooth check in and check out. He was very kind and caring to ensure we had a good stay. Thank you and we highly recommend any of our friends to stay at Intercontinental Sanlitun in Beijing.

I was disappointed. It wasn't what I had expected of a Intercontinental Hotel quality.

Be careful this hotel as the deposit policy is very bad. I booked on Trip and they took £220 holding fee. When I got to the hotel they took £769 deposit. Then when I checked out I had to pay £420 for two night. At this point my bank account was -£1409 for a hotel bill of £420. Trip did return my £220 immediately but now 5 days later I am still waiting the hotel to return my £769 deposit. I had stayed at another hotel for two nights previous and my deposit was returned immediately so seems not all hotels in Beijing have similar delayed deposit policy.

Extremely recommended!! It has the best location and experience. Lounge service extremely good, special mention Ms grace gao. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends

The customer service was fantastic!! From check in to check out the staff were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

I like hotels. But when we arrived, the room was not ready( 5 o’clock pm) because it was not been cleaned sofa 😂 and we had to change to another room because I am super tired after airport and don’t can wait. The day after we returned from Universal Studios, no one again not to cleaned our room😅. No problem, maybe the cleaner is super busy. But staff super nice and friendly 👍 hotel very beautiful. Breakfast delicious. Fish and pasta are also delicious if you want order to the room.

It was a great clean hotel with really good approach to the downtown. Restaurants, markets and coffee shops are all nearby.
