Fengchaoyang Design's Hotel

I booked this hotel by chance, and it turned out to be the most satisfying stay of our trip! The butler contacted us in advance to arrange check-in and provided thoughtful service. The environment is beautiful, and the room was clean. They proactively recommended local food and attractions. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the breakfast was quite unique. My child even said that next time we come to Yantai, they want to stay here for a few more days.

What are the main criteria for a good hotel? When we're constantly busy with life, what are we doing it for? When you stop, life seems a little different from what you imagined. Life is like a question, and the answer varies from person to person. Checking into Fenghuangyang was the biggest stroke of luck on my trip to Yantai. So many highlights left my family and me with a deep impression of designer hotels. There are no typical staff here, only your dedicated, attentive butler. From the moment of booking, order confirmation, shuttle service, proactively turning on the air conditioning for you, escorting you to your room, explaining all the room facilities, and so much more – for this price point, I give this service full marks 💯. When you go out to eat, your butler will recommend local delicacies that are delicious, affordable, and won't disappoint. When you go out sightseeing, your butler will plan a reasonable itinerary for you, and if needed, they will also help you book car services. I doubt 90% of so-called high-end hotels can achieve this level of service nowadays, excluding executive floors and premium suites, of course. Now, let's talk about the hotel's standout features: A century-old architectural complex, excellent location, a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, subtly showcasing the brand's essence. The Mousse mattress is incredibly comfortable, definitely full marks. The customized three-piece toiletries are perfect. I used one set for two days and didn't even finish it. I planned to take it with me when I left, but I forgot 😭. Light an incense stick before bed for a peaceful, sleep-inducing night! And then there's the nine-compartment breakfast bento box, full of ritual, whether it's the nutritional balance or the sheer 'flex,' it's all top-notch! A little secret: if you want soy milk, milk, or other main dishes, you can tell your butler in advance, otherwise, you'll just be 'fed' whatever the butler decides! 😂 My Yantai trip was made wonderful because of you (Fenghuangyang and my butler)!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on Chaoyang Street, so you can easily check out the famous 'internet celebrity street' late at night. It's a quiet spot despite being in the middle of all the action. The hotel is designed around an old courtyard, giving it a unique charm, and each patio is like a beautiful postcard. The rooms are spacious, the mattress is super comfortable, and it's very clean. The butler was very responsive to our questions. Breakfast was delicious 😋 and even included local specialty seafood dumplings. A special shout-out to the manager who went to the pier to pick us up early in the morning. If I visit Yantai again, I'd definitely consider staying here.

The hotel is located on Chaoyang Street, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. Right outside Chaoyang Street, you're directly facing Yantai Mountain Scenic Area. There are taxis waiting at the street corner, so it's easy to grab one if you don't feel like calling a ride-share. We arrived at Yantai Station by train, and the hotel provided a complimentary pick-up service. The car was clean, and the staff were warm and attentive. Breakfast is a fixed nine-grid set menu. We stayed for two days, and the breakfast was exactly the same both times. It would be even better if there was a bit more variety in the ingredients.

Choosing this hotel for my Yantai trip was absolutely the right decision! The room facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, and the hardware quality is excellent. The staff's service is attentive and heartwarming, with attention to every detail. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, offering a wide variety of meats, vegetarian options, and pastries. It was a truly comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it.

We were very satisfied with the hotel's location, service, and cleanliness. The pick-up and drop-off service was especially appreciated, particularly since we were a family traveling with young children and luggage. This hotel is designed like a traditional quadrangle courtyard, so some rooms are on the second floor, requiring a short climb up a flight of stairs. Right outside the hotel, you're on the bustling Chaoyang Street, and in about a two-minute walk, you'll reach Guangxing Orchard, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Upon check-out, they even gave small gifts to my two children. There's a water dispenser in the hotel lobby with both hot and cold water available at all times, which was very handy. The room was spacious enough to open two 32-inch suitcases simultaneously without a problem. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. If you needed to change, you had to ask anyone else in the room to avoid the area around the bathroom.

The room was great, and the location in the scenic area made it super convenient for food. The owner was really welcoming too. Breakfast was quite generous. It's just a shame it rained in Yantai, otherwise I would have definitely extended my stay.
