The hotel room is very grand, but the overall details need to be improved. For example, there is no refrigerator in the room, insufficient air conditioning, only two bottles of mineral water per day, and only 33 TV channels. Daily cleaning only involves taking out the trash, not cleaning the bed, not cleaning the bathroom, etc. I hope the hotel will improve its management in the future.

I saw a few people, and everything above the second floor was dark. I don’t know what the so-called private room is full... Since we don’t have this guarantee, then don’t accept them. However, the food still tastes good. Finally, let’s talk about hot springs. It's too cold. Most are 32℃, some are even 26℃, and one is 42℃, but the actual temperature is far from that. The children's paradise area of ​​the indoor swimming pool is also cold water. Children can easily catch colds. There is no safety guard. It is written that only players under 50kg and 150cm can play. There is no one to supervise them. There are many super tall and overweight ones, which are very dangerous for babies.

Cleanliness: The room was quite unexpected. The large windows and great view were a surprise. Environment: The chicken farm next to it was noisy, and the smell lingered in the evening. Service: The infirmary has to go to work at 8 o'clock after falling while bathing in hot springs. It is inhumane. The customer does not care if he falls and falls. In the past, there were bathrobes in the rooms in Building 1. When I checked in in Building 2, the instructions for bathing in hot springs were not explained. There were no bathrobes in the room yet. I have stayed in this hotel many times, and this experience was the worst. When I checked in, there was a puddle of water at the door of the bathroom shower room. The only meat dishes for breakfast were grilled sausages that were full of starch, and I had to bake them myself. The hot spring environment is really good, but many pools are not open. I don't know why. There are many people in the summer vacation and they are not open.

The environment and facilities of the hot spring are indeed good, but this season (the outdoor temperature is 12 degrees) the hot spring only gives me 37-degree water, which is usually 39-41 degrees. But the service at the hotel was really bad. I had to wait for 25 minutes to check in. It was past 14:30 and the room was not cleaned yet! Not only are there a lot of flies in the restaurant, it’s also obvious on the waiting list! If we don’t have this capacity in the future, we shouldn’t open so many accommodations during the holidays! The hot spring also indicated that it could be used at nine in the morning, but half of the four-box outdoor pool had no water at all in the morning! I asked the service staff and they were told that the water would be released in half an hour, but the water was not released until we left. It was too bad! The big pool in the middle has always been filled with cold water. It’s almost freezing! !
