Among the communities in the north, this is one of the most beautiful communities I have ever seen. The host is very friendly and attentive, and explained every detail of the stay to us clearly. The room layout is reasonable, neat and beautiful, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The landlord has great taste in decoration and furnishings. The environment of the community is very beautiful, the greenery is all over, it is quiet and not noisy, the security is very strong, and the safety is guaranteed. In addition to the strict inspection at the door, the other feeling of staying in the community is very good. It is suitable for family gatherings and a short stay. Overall very good, I really liked this stay experience.

The community has a beautiful environment, complete room facilities, and traveling with the elderly and children, just like at home. This season is also the most beautiful season in Longhu, the sea of flowers, and the most beautiful time to stroll through the flowers.

無接觸入住挺好，房子超級大。

趁暑假帶着孩子和家裡長者來煙台玩，一眼就相中了這個二層帶小院的別墅，價格合適，並且離煙台最美的養馬島很近，出門就能看到養馬島大橋，特別是晚上的時候走兩分鐘站在海邊，能看到養馬島大橋不斷變換顏色，很夢幻。附近還有車程5分鐘左右的北中國海公園，乾淨漂亮可以飯後過去散散步，裏面有遛娃神地海星樂園，免費並且可玩耍項目多。吃飯的話，可以去最近的葡醍自選餐廳乾淨衞生，可選菜品多。

入住很方便，及時回覆。位置在小區裏，很安靜，出門幾百米就是海。房間都在上疊二層，自己做飯方便，周圍也有商業街，但不建議在那吃飯。

小區環境好，餐廳在2樓住宿在3樓，長者上下有點麻煩，雖然是2室但是客廳沙發床能打開，客廳門一關也是一個室，一家老小住合適，離上養馬島的橋很近，住在這裏就完全為了去北中國海公園，從住的地方往東可以趕海，往西出小區右轉就是北中國海公園遊樂場，走路15分鐘（一路風景），開車估計最多5分鐘就能到，孩子玩了一下午，大門口左轉走5、6分鐘是家家悦超市，家家悦對面是一條商業街，吃飯方便，總體感覺不錯

房間很乾凈，很適合家庭人口多的租住，樓梯陡，上下樓略有費勁，停車也比較方便，以後還會選擇

因為一點誤會，所以一開始體驗感很不好，但房東及時解決問題，態度親切友好，還免費為我們更換了更好的房間，感謝，整體體驗很不錯👍🏻
