Booked the hotel villa room, on the top of the mountain, the view is very good. The waiter had a very good attitude. The old man lost the charger when he checked out, and he also mailed it back to Chengdu as soon as possible. The breakfast is Chinese style, quite satisfactory, and it’s no problem to have a full meal. The grandmother banquet in the hotel is very distinctive.

大年初一到了瀘沽湖。景美人少。房間是有地暖的。酒店在湖邊，設施很好。乾淨衞生，在陽台可以喝茶看日出日落。但是太冷啦。早上起來車窗都結冰了

二字-失望，酒店冷冷清清，就見到二個服務員，行李還要前台女孩送，減少成本吧？有要倒閉的感覺……房間冷，水不熱…..打前台電話、客服服務電話，均停機，。酒店名稱有摩挲二字，但酒店設計缺少民族特色…..消費高價定的酒店 ，不是想像的那樣…..

酒店的獨特設計，我很鐘意，一進門，就有大廳人員親切的接待，大廳獨特的運用了當地摩梭傳統文化和現代簡約設計混搭令人耳目一新。環境很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨，早餐品種較多而且還挺好吃！停車場免費停車。出門就是情人牧場！直走就可以逛到湖邊。真的是超級贊[強]

疫情之後第一次出行，整個行程最滿意的就是酒店。這家酒店非常乾淨！隔音！服務超好，前台值班小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，特別是我落下的的小東西小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回。大廳裝修很獨特，讓人感覺很温馨！

房間環境很有格調，環境和服務都是一流，24小時熱水，出水很快，衞生很好，床品特別乾淨，走路到湖邊兩分鐘就是情人灘打卡地，走到湖邊非常漂亮。酒店對是一大片牧場，可以看日出日落，附近山上有個喇嘛，可以看到全村和湖。。出來玩真是個不錯的選擇。
