The Space: -A master bedroom with king bed, walk-in robe, double vanity ensuite and 50-inch smart TV. -Three bedrooms with queen beds and walk-in robes. Two bedrooms have a view of Lake Mulwala and one has a view of the Black Bull Golf Course. -An upstairs lounge with double sofa bed and 65-inch smart TV. (Please note that there are no blinds to block out natural light in this area). - A large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that features two voids opening up to the second storey, proving an abundance of natural light. Living area has 75-inch smart TV. -Large butlers pantry complete with microwave, air fryer, Delonghi fully automated espresso machine, kettle and toaster. -Two bathrooms (one on each level).
