Hotel Lella Baya Thalasso

Everything was amazing. Entertainment especially. And the best staff of all is Fredy thank you for making the holiday memorable and fun for us all. Will definitely be coming back again to this lovely hotel and their sweet staff of the lellabaya.

Amazing holidays we spend amazing time in lella baya thalasso animation are great, hotel is really unique place great architecture and amazing people. We will certainly be back next year and recommend it to out friends!

Visually the hotel is stunning both outside and inside, however, when the sun goes down -take a torch. The façade of the hotel is not floodlit and the atrium inside is very dark. Darkness seems to be the theme of the hotel, the corridors to the rooms and the landings are only partially lit, the lights that are there are missing bulbs, when one goes to put the keycard in the door of the room it is by touch only, perhaps they should have put braille . instead of numbers. Foodwise breakfast is largely continental, dinner-if you want something hot the only choice is the "show cooking". .Whilst I appreciate we went during Ramadam the resort is largely closed

We went with kids and had great time there. Beautiful hotal very clean but bathroom need some refurbishment.first 2 days we got upset with the behaviour of shopkeepers outside the hotal then we understand how to deal with them.hotal was definitely very beautiful and clean

I went to Lella baya and had a good time I did have a couple comments I would like to add which one of them being if you are not French then maybe this hôtel ain’t for you as they mainly cater for French people also the staff and cleaners was so friendly they tried to make the guest feel as confortable as they can. I do have a slight issue which I think they should get rid of the shop man he is quite short but really really rude. He charged ne so much for snack and informed him the prices are bit expensive which he snatched out my hands and shrugged his shoulders. I could not believe it I was shocked and felt so bad I was alone and did not say anything however can’t believe they let this man get away with this as I spoke to another solo traveler in the hotel from France and she said he done the same to her and her daughter and got rude to her when she questioned the price. Will not be going back to this hotel unless they change the shop man

First of all the hotel was nice and a good experience to be honest I am still in the hotel however please at all cost avoid the shop in the hotel he is a big scam. I walked in there and a pack of cigarettes is 12 dinar it ain’t expensive however it’s the principle. When my partner went who is Tunisian they charge him 5 dinar. When I went down to ask they stated it’s because I’m a tourist I always get charged more and I don’t know the prices that’s the way he said it and all tourist get double the price : The way be answered was extremely rude. To be honest they let the hotel down and he is the reason I will not be going back to this hotel. He was rude and had a very bad attitude. If he simply told me listen because your a tourist I have to charge you more I would have respected it but the fact he tried to be rude about it was not acceptable. Also if you do go to this hotel DO NOT GO TO THE SHOP inside anything you need there is lots of shop on the Main Street where you can get anything you want and they will charge you normal prices which I did at the end. I loved the hotel and the animation and staff was really friendly especially the receptionist who was really sweet however bare in mind the entertainment really does cater mainly for French and if you English good luck with getting charged more than double the prices. But honestly will not be coming back here due to the shop man as I felt very intimidated as he walks around the hotel after I complained he made me feel very uncomfortable. Honestly felt very upset as I couldn’t enjoy the rest of my stay at the hotel due to the shop man and how rude and unapologetic he was. I get it they have to make a living somehow but atleast lie or make up something don’t victimise me because you think I am English I automatically can get scammed. I have been Tunisia maybe 12 times now and I know the prices of a lot of things I like to go to different areas and have been to many different hotels however lella baya would be fantastic if the shop man was not there.

Last day of my trip and must say really enjoyed. animation team always busy keeping guests entertained from morning to night very enthusiastic each and everyone one of them . Reception staff always on hand to help . Food is buffet style plenty to choose from at every meal u will n ver get hungry. Rooms cleaned on a daily bases to a very high standard my only gripe is the heating is not been switched on the night are very cold
