Medina Belisaire and Thalasso

Excellent all rounder hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming and attentive to all the fine detail required for an enjoyable holiday. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Entertainment team are great and really go out of their way to ensure you are having an enjoyable holiday with plenty of programs and activities. The all inclusive restaurant provides a superb variety of dishes on a daily basis. Staff at the restaurant always ensuring your plates and drinks are topped up. Hotel location is ideal with a 10 minute walk to the beach and also to Yasmin Hammamet medina. Overall a great value for money holiday at this hotel. Definitely recommend.

Our first visit to Tunisia and the hotel and staff made it an experience to make us return to this beautiful country. From booking in at reception, we requested ground floor room due to husbands mobility, they gave us 4th floor which wasn't acceptable, no problem, issue resolved within 10 minutes and ground floor was allocated. From then on our week stay was exactly what we wanted. Food was delicious, so much choice and the chefs were always on hand and so accomadting. Staff in the restaurants, bars, reception so friendly and helpful and always with a smile. We were lucky with the weather and the pool area was lovely, no problem getting a sunbed. Entertainment team brilliant, not pushy which makes a nice change. Yes rooms, especially bathroom could do with updating, but not a major issue. Rooms were clean and comfortable and nice balcony to relax. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Can not fault the service and the attention given by the staff. The entertainment team were brilliant, always beaming smiles and taught my husband to play Frenchball. We as vegetarians had no issues with the food, had plenty of choice. The Pasta chefs went out of their way to cook us specially made to order pasta in a pure vegetarian pan! Everyone went over and above to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The resort is lovely. The indoor swimming pool was lovely and warm as the weather outside was not too warm. A big thank you at the Medina Belisaire!!

Having a great time at the resort of hotel Belisaire , the food selection is amazing , and the entertainment team is really active and provide lots of entertainment , miky is really great with us and a lot of other families and provides a smile each and every day

Absolutely horrific holiday that was only saved by the animation staff!! The reception staff were very unhelpful!! Do not trust the man posing as easy jet staff HE DOESN’T work for easy jet he simply sells excursions and if you refuse them he will tell you you’ll have a horrible holiday and won’t be safe during your stay!!! Being an allergy sufferer I spent the week eating plain boiled rice and omelettes! Avoide the chicken at all costs there was soooo many sick people during our visit due to the food. My family will return to Tunisia but not to this hotel

We arrived last Friday for our week holiday in Tunisia, and we are sadly at the end of it, what an amazing experience. On arrival we were welcome with nothing but the kindness. Amazing staff at the hotel, including fabulous Animations team made this holiday absolutely fantastic. This includes amazing easyJet rep based at the hotel every morning, offering guidance, advice and nothing but warmth and kindness. He arranged our one in the life time Sahara excursion which we would never forget. Thanks easyJet for employing such a fantastic people.

We've had such a lovely holiday here!! We hardly left the hotel!! The service, entertainment and food have been incredible!! We arrived and got greeted straight away, someone took all suitcases to each room (10 of us from Wales stayed). I asked for a upgrade and they upgraded us straight away with a view of the main pool on the ground floor. I will definitely be returning!! I've eaten so much because we had breakfast, lunch, snack (I was normally to full for snack) and we'd have tea. Every waiter we had was absolutely amazing and would bring our drinks to us on the sun loungers, the waiters would clear your plates and refill your drinks straight away. We've had 3 waiters that I can remember, one known as Barry, Bel and another waiter who took a selfie on my phone, so friendly (not sure of his name. All the animation team have been so friendly, and entertaining. Offering lots of activities for all families. Professional photographer on site and shows to attend in different hotels. To be honest we didn't need to leave to hotel for the show because the evening entertainment was brilliant. We could even sit in a quieter area if someone didn't like the noise or music. I'd definitely recommend to families with children. Loved the heated indoor pool with pure sea salt, did my bad back so good!! The bedrooms are very clean, amazing cleaners who insist on you have clean towels even if you don't want your room clean which is brilliant. Bed very comfortable to sleep on. Having never been to Tunisia before I had no great expectations. We travelled with friends for a special birthday This hotel was exceptional, from meeting off the bus to very fond farewells. The room was spotless, tv,fridge,air con all free. The safe was extra but a cheap add on. The hotel staff are very quickly like friends, although busy, always cheerful. The restaurant is spacious and once again staff are friendly and attentive but not intrusive, stopping to chat and joke but always keeping glasses topped and dishes cleared. Excellent display of varied foods, fresh and plentiful. Truly something for everyone. Pool and grounds are great, no shortage of sunbeds and with waiter service. The entertainment team are energetic all day (special mention to Nino 😂) and dancing kids club early evening A big thanks to ALL staff for making it a special holiday An excellent hotel, thoroughly recommended
