I really do not like to write a bad review and 9 times out of 10 I have had good experiences with our holidays. This hotel has positives and negatives. The hotel itself is extremely dated and tired. Maybe because we went very early on in the season some of the amenities hadn't yet been serviced or seen to, but lets start with our experience. It really didn't seem like a tourist hotel, but a conference centre for the locals. Our room was very dirty and aged. We had a toilet that filled the cistern every 40 seconds so our night sleep was broken. The food in the restaurant was extremely limited to a couple of choices and we ended up having to eat out a couple of times. The pool area was a total no go. None of the sunbeds, tables, chairs or canopies were fit for use and the pool itself had not been cleaned. After 3 days of crying and getting nowhere with the tour operator we cut our losses and paid to stay in another hotel. The staff were great though and the bar area was pleasant and served a pint of beer in a pint glass for all-inclusive which is something that most all-inclusive's don't do. The hotel were trying their best to be accommodating and did change our room, although this was slightly better, it was still tired and dated.
