I really do not like to write a bad review and 9 times out of 10 I have had good experiences with our holidays. This hotel has positives and negatives. The hotel itself is extremely dated and tired. Maybe because we went very early on in the season some of the amenities hadn't yet been serviced or seen to, but lets start with our experience. It really didn't seem like a tourist hotel, but a conference centre for the locals. Our room was very dirty and aged. We had a toilet that filled the cistern every 40 seconds so our night sleep was broken. The food in the restaurant was extremely limited to a couple of choices and we ended up having to eat out a couple of times. The pool area was a total no go. None of the sunbeds, tables, chairs or canopies were fit for use and the pool itself had not been cleaned. After 3 days of crying and getting nowhere with the tour operator we cut our losses and paid to stay in another hotel. The staff were great though and the bar area was pleasant and served a pint of beer in a pint glass for all-inclusive which is something that most all-inclusive's don't do. The hotel were trying their best to be accommodating and did change our room, although this was slightly better, it was still tired and dated.

Avoid at all costs. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. Can't say one good thing, food horrible and even had mould on it some days. Staff were rude and not receptive to English at all. I was the only English person in the hotel and was made to feel very very unwelcome. Room was outdated and filthy with many maintenance issues. All inclusive drinks until 11 but bar was shut at 10 most nights.

With it undeniable bigger picture beauty this little jewel in the rough really made my holiday. Literally across the road is the beach where I spent many a happy hour just soaking up the North African sun whilst staring at the waves, watching the fishing boats go out and come back, and saying No to the ever so charming (at first) vendors of tourist tailored jewellery. The hotel sports an imposingly big and beautiful pool outside and a smaller one indoors for the colder seasons. The staff impress with the multitude of languages they speak. Sahbi at the bar always had a smile that was just as welcoming as the cold beer he poured (do ‘t you just love all-inclusive?). And Pepito from the animations team was friendly and alway there for a joke or a chat. What I loved most was the big glass-roofed atrium with the tree in the middle. The buffet is always plentyful and varied. And although I overheard some Germans moaning about it I always found lots of delicious variety for my meals. That said, if you’re looking for a brand new pristine experience in all the details I’d recommend traveling to Japan instead. I’m glad the l’Atrium managed to survive the Covid crisis so that I could recharge my batteries here during my weeklong stay.

We booked a 7 nights all inclusive at the hotel from 11th to 18th March. The view from the room was beautiful and there are plenty things to see around. We walked around every day. The kitchen, restaurant, bar and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful, always paying attention and ready to help and the entertainment team always smiling. There is room for improvement in terms of hotel condition but we have put this on the fact that the official summer season has not started yet.

I cant express my dissapointement for this hotel. I was expecting much more considering the price. Had to wait 3 hours to get my room even tho i had a reservation only to get an uncleaned room with one towel that we had to split across 4 people. They never listen to feedback and will just say anything to send you off and wont attend to the matter. The personnel is not nice even the animation team which consists of 2 guys sitting around all day and a DJ. Don't count on the party at night too because it's just the DJ replaying 5 songs and no fun. No wifi in the rooms and food is quite mediocre and would require you to get in early because they won't refill certain foods if they run out. Also the hotel's beach is so close to the dock and is nasty so you cant swim in it.

Honesly, i was really disappointed about this hotel it was inexpected first of all i had to wait more than 3hours to get a room then we found out the room was so disgusting and not cleaned moreover we were given 1 towel even though we were 4 poeple. The service was totall disrespectful and ignored us all the time and specially about the feedback we give. The cleaning lady comes in on us while sleeping without permission and she did twice. The food honesly was mediocre and acceptable.the lifeguard was incompetent facing a situation where a guy got a dislocated shoulder in the pool. Despite the hotel being close to the beach, the water was nasty due to it being close to the dock.
