Every thing is bad do not come to this hotel chose another one the food is bad The toilette with no water No wifi no frigo in the rooms no airation Dirty try to chose another hotel waste of money waste of time this hotel is a shame for tunisia Tunisia pepole is so nice and respectful dont deserve this place

I was sold this as a 4 star hotel and I would honestly give it 1 at a push. Rooms all dirty no pillows or blankets on the bed just a valence blanket which was itchy pillows were given and were like sofa cushions We stayed for 6 days and every day had to request towels and tissue there was no water pipe to clean yourself in the toilet and the bidet was also not working Food well we ate twice and the rest was eaten out as it was disgusting and limited very little choice and the same on both days we went. The dining room was filthy dirty and disgusting food on floor dirty tables no plates and people fighting for food. Drinks over priced The waiter made a pass at my daughter dropping napkins on the floor and touched her leg. Animation team were invisible and when we went only 1 night to join in it was poorly done No programme in reception to show what's happening no staff around to help No air conditioning and WiFi hardly worked in reception Hotel was hot and sweltering Lifts were slow and always a que to get in one I would not recommend this place at all and I would never return better to sleep on the beach I've been to Tunisia many times and this is the worst u have ever seen

Hello and welcome to Yasmine Beach Hotel Hammamet, it was a great hotel with a lot of play and fun and with that there are great animators. Thank you very much for everything and I hope to come back again to spend my holiday here❤️❤️

The Entertainment staff work hard but a little over powering. That's the positives done with. Bathroom. Black mold around bath. Bath plug not supplied Toilet leaks when flushed. Bedroom Chamber maids great. Bed sheets not cleaned Mattresses. Sicking to describe Balcony chair Broken Restaurant Buffet. Never have I eaten chips abroad . It was because the food was slop . Most meals eaten out as unable to stomach. Sorry the tomatoes were nice. Drinks . I expected them to be slightly down-market . 5 shots to become a decent strength. Then a uncomfortable glare as you dare you ask for extra . Then when I purchased my own JD I was told it was permitted.. The private beach which you happen to share with 5 other beaches Camel rides horse rides . Jeweley sales . Fruit sales . Kid sales products Summary. I would not advise anyone to go to this 5 star resort . The Entertainment staff work very well. All other staff do if you Tip very well

Zero food 2/10, hotel in ruins 4/10, beautiful swimming pool 7/10, entertainment 2/10, room service 3/10 in one week the towels were not changed, safe for rent 5 dt, no fridge, staff 6/10, waiters 8/10 a hotel not recommended

Hotel that doesn't really deserve 4 stars. Poorly lit room, the elevator that blocks every time (claustrophobics make arrangements), smell of insecticide in the elevators, no fridge in the room, and to think that I had asked the staff to pay for someone to bring me back, alas no, a terrible queue at the restaurant with unbearable heat for dinner, leaking air conditioning, the lady who takes care of the cafeteria must review her behavior which borders on insolence. In short, to be avoided altogether!

Hoooooooooooooooooooooorible except location. For a quadruple room, I was given a double room, no shower, no bathroom lighting, ant invasion, the rush to get a table, endless queues for inedible and disgusting food, same thing for the sheets and towel

- Cold reception: several people at the reception in civilian clothes and without badges; we don't know who does what?! - Dirty room: just take a look under the beds, the amount of dust and trash will tell you! - Restoration leaves something to be desired in terms of quantity and quality: there is much better in Hammamet even in 3* category hotels. - Indoor swimming pool not heated in December!!! Rude swimming pool attendant: a lady pointed out the problem to him, he replied "it's not Hammam Zriba here". - Overall the hotel is well located, but the management seems overwhelmed by events in the hotel sector.

D'abord, Hôtel y'a pas d'organisation, chambre saleté pas de serviettes, femme de ménage ne passe pas toujours . D'une part, ne trouve pas un réfrigérateur , la réception zéro, wifi seulement de la réception et faible .la nourriture ne disent pas zéro 🤮🤮🤮🤮 . Une chose bête ne se trouve pas .la plage privée ne convient pas des parasols et des chaises .

État de l'hôtel encore en travaux non accomplis. Piscine non encore remplie convenablement. Problème de luminosité dans les chambres essentiellement (toilettes dans le noir, on a dû utiliser la torche du téléphone). Débit d'eau super faible. On a pris une chambre pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Et on n'a eu droit qu'à 2 lits joints sur les quels on a dormi toutes les 3. Pas de minibar dans la chambre. Douches des piscines non fonctionnelles. La bouffe est nulle, pas de variété, même pas pour les salades. Petit déjeuner catastrophique avec du très mauvais café servi dans des gobelets en carton, des mini croissants médiocre et sans goût. Une longue queue pour attendre son tour pour une omelette préparée dans une seule et unique poile. Piscine couverte abandonnée et non entretenue. Piscine du 3eme étage accès fermé. Restaurant non climatisé. Des cas de chambres sans climatisation et sans eau. Temps d'attente énorme pour faire le checkin (arrivée à 15h15, checkin à 16h35) Service laisse à désirer; aucune réclamation faite n'a été résolu (3eme lit, lumière pour les toilettes et le couloir, TV non fonctionnelle, manque de serviettes et de coussins..) Conclusion, une expérience désagréable ! À ne pas recommander du tout!

La piscine et bien les gens sont gentille la nourriture et bien sûr tout le mojito il est trop bon les animations sont très agréables et bien les gens sont généreux l’hôtel est propre et les femmes de ménage font très bien leur travail

De superbes vacances dans un très bel hôtel, toujours d´une propreté irréprochable. Super ambiance, tous tres chaleureux, toute l´équipe excellente, notamment les animateurs. Tous formidables . Les soins et la piscine. le personnel cuisine et le bar. AU TOP. A REFAIRE.

فندق كارثي. اتمنى تستفادو من غلطتي . الفندق كابوس وكتلة من النقائص . الموقع ممتاز لكن المحتوى كارثي.لاتوجد انترنت. لا توجد ثلاجة في الغرف والمسؤول في الإستقبال يقول لك صراحة قدم رشوة للحصول على ما ينقصك؟؟؟ لا توجد مناشف في الحمام، لا يوجد صابون وشامبو الا في اليوم الاول و بكمية تكفي شخص واحد. نظافة الغرف : العامل يمر كل يوم ولكن لا توجد مواد تنظيف ومعدات يعني يمسح الارضية بالماء لا أكثر. التلفزة قديمة، المكيف يقطر بالماء. عندما تطلب ما ينقصك تتلقى رد بارد وفض وببساطة الاجابة هي لا يوجد... الماء مالح الاطعام: وجبة الفطور مقبولة عموما وجبة العشاء كل الأطباق بلا طعم وكأن الطباخ يتعمد يخليك تكره الأكل عندهم وكل يوم دجاج بلا طعم. الفاكهة الوحيدة عي البطيخ هذا ان توفر عمال المطبخ قليلو اللباقة إلا بعض الأشخاص المؤدبين قهوة الصباح تحضر بماء مالح ؟؟؟؟ الفندق عنده شاطئ خاص قريب جدا لكنه مهمل تماما ومليء بالأوساخ، لا توجد فيه حراسة ، ولا يتوفر على دوش حتى مياه البحر في المنطقة متسخة بطريقة غريبة كلمة أخيرة لمالك الفندق وأصحاب الوكالات المتعاقدة معه: أموال الزبائن الذين خدعتوهم ان شاء الله تاكلوهم سحت وبلا سماح

Un hôtel qui s'est nettement dégradé, des femmes de chambre corrompues, une nourriture infecte on a eu droit au même menu durant tout le séjour. Je ne lui donne même pas une étoile . A déconseiller sérieusement
