«+» Hotel’s location, which is in the city center next to a lot of shops, restaurants and sightseeings. Great room size (I booked a Superior Double Room), which is very big (it is like a one bedroom apartment). Very reasonable price (I payed 8000 Rub for 3 nights). Nice looking hotel lobby. «-» Kind of rude and unfriendly front desk staff. Craziness with towels! Strictly 3 towels per person are allowed (a small one, a medium one and a big one). If you want to get new towels, you have to exchange used one for fresh one. So cheap!!! Outdated and not “fresh” looking room. Uncomfortably bad. Super tiny bathroom with extremely small shower cabin (it barely fit me). Very bad bathroom amenities. Slow Wi-Fi.

Отель очень хороший. Доброжелательный, вежливый персонал. Вкусные и сытные завтраки, обеды. Номера просторные. Все необходимое есть. Расположение отеля очень удобное в центре города, но при этом в отеле очень Тихо.! Никакого шума.
