淋浴的水會突然一下很熱，房間一般大，但是床很大，打掃的很乾凈，有落地鏡和電梯。

酒店房間如圖所示，環境很好，但是酒店位置略有偏僻，如果入住外出最好兩人以上，路上會有俄羅斯人索要盧布（本人在酒店一百米內被一個看起來兇狠的俄羅斯人索要），因為中國人看起來富有，不給會被罵，如果被索要立刻拒絕，不要做過多停留迴應，並且快速離開回到酒店

Просто не знаю, что тут может не понравиться! Приехали семьёй, с малышом, 3г. Очень вежливые, улыбчивые, приятные девушки администраторы, милые, приветливые горничные, все доброжелательные) Номер просторный, очень чистый, уютный. На кровати свежее, белоснежное бельё, полотенчики. В номере есть всё необходимое - фен, холодильник, телевизор, посуда, кондиционер, душевая кабина, туалет. На этаже есть кулер, всегда можно попить чай и кофе, если нужно разогреть еду - на ресепшн микроволновка. При бронировании попросили дополнительную подушечку для ребёнка- без проблем) Удобная парковка при входе в отель. Холл красиво украшен к новому году, а ещё нам предложили вытянуть из колбы бумажечки с новогодними предсказаниями - интересно, и очень подняло настроение) Есть лифт, что очень важно было для нас. Самое главное, конечно - это атмосфера, которую создают замечательные сотрудники отеля, огромное им спасибо! Чувствуем себя желанными гостями, очень приятно отдыхать здесь) Теперь мы знаем где нам остановиться в Екатеринбурге, обязательно вернёмся снова))

Сотрудник на рецепшен отказалась дать пульт от кондиционера, на улице больше 20 градусов, номер на солнечной стороне, у меня аллергия, безумный зуд в глазах, и другие симптомы аллергии, если днем к сожалению ничего нельзя сделать приходится выходить на улицу, то вечером хочется закрыть окна и спать в комфортных условиях. Сотрудник мою проблему так и не решила, отказалась звонить тому, кто может решить мою проблему, телефон также отказалась дать. У всех открыты окна и двери, потому что невозможно находиться в гостинице, если бы не групповой заезд, с удовольствием покинула бы это место.

Прочитала предыдущие отзывы - как будто в разных гостиницах были. В Урале останавливались во время командировки. Гостиница несколько раз до заезда в эл. Письмах напоминала о нашем заезде, необходимости взять паспорта. Она стоит перпендикулярно проспекту, поэтому в ней очень тихо. У нас был вид на парк, где утром и вечером нас встречали 3 мужчины - скульптура "Горожане". От трехзвездочеой гостиницы на Урале странно ждать супер-пупер завтраков. Не знаю, что дома едят на завтрак люди недовольные завтраки здесь. Нам понравилось. Вкусная каша, было мясо и овощи, омлет, яичница, запеканка. Брали завтраки и ужины, все очень по домашнему, особенно в будни. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда готовы пойти на встречу - поменять ужин на обед, сделать его чуть раньше, собрать сухой паек вместо завтрака в случае раннего отъезда, оставить ужин на ресепшен в случае позднего приезда. В общем нам понравилось

При бронировании номера администратор обещала что в отчётных документах не будет указана информация о том что номер с двухспальной кроватью, но указали это и переделать категорически отказались, а это очень было важно для возмещения оплаты за проживание, в итоге вышло что пожил за свой счёт.,. Отвратительное отношение к гостю.
