隔音效果差，餐食差。前台不會講英語，辦理落地簽失敗，直接影響到後面所有的住宿，太浪費時間，不建議入住

Худший отель, где я был и в Екатеринбурге и в целом по РФ. 1. Администраторов на ресепшне нет никогда - надо звонить, а если дозвонился и попросил подойти, не ждите довольных улыбок, в глазах читается недовольство и презрение (особенно у Дарьи). 2. Въезд/выезд с территории - звони. 3. На завтраках дают тухлую еду: фрукты были старыми. Несколько сотрудников у нас отравилось. Отправили заявление в роспотреб, пусть проверяют (на наши жалобы, девушки на ресепшне отвечали "ой, а кафе это не мы, они берут в аренду"). Но вы же продаёте номера с завтраками! 4. Попросили оставить сумки до выезда (нас было 6 человек), по итогу мы случайно увезли чужой чемодан, т.к. сотрудницы не соизволили разделить чемоданы по комнатам. Ладно мы, но люди, сумки которых мы увезли, перед ними даже не извинились, да ещё и кучу неудобств создали. 5. В ванных комнатах плесень. Одному из сотрудников наших достался номер, где на шторах в ванне была КРОВЬ! 6. Мебель (кресла) в кафе и номерах жутко грязная. Какие 4 звезды! Не более 1-й и то - одна звезда уровня хостела. Такой отель позор для Екатеринбурга. P.S. На просьбы связать нас с руководством после инцидента с чемоданами, мы по факту просто были посланы. Людям всё-равно на своих постояльцев. И не ведитесь на кучу фоток знаменитостей, грамоты, сертификаты (может лет 20 назад и было так), сейчас это ПОЗОР!

Хороший отель, приветливый персонал. Не хватает в обычном наборе в номере чая и кофе, приходится ходить на ресепшн. Завтрак хороший, но не поддерживаются остатки, т.е. закончилось блюдо и непонятно когда его пополнят.

Отель оцениваю на 3+, в целом атмосфера была приятная Плюсы: На завтраке вкусные сардельки и блинчики Чистый номер Дружелюбный персонал Минусы: Далеко от центра В ванной включалась вытяжка и сразу неприятно пахло сигаретами.... На завтрак был подан не очень вкусный омлет... хотя обычно всегда его беру в других местах В нашем номере 503 была протечка когда-то, видимо, давно, однако след на потолке остался до сих пор, да и често говоря мебель для отеля 4 звёзды уже устарела, много царапин и сколов....

Заселили быстро. Номер хороший, чистый. На вывеске перед отелем написано, что ресторан работает 24 часа. Это не так. В отеле вечером даже ничего не купить. Поменяйте баннер о ресторане. Зачем обманывать людей.
