We were on a business trip in the city of Yekaterinburg. We booked a room two weeks in advance at the Emerald Hotel, arrived at the hotel immediately after the train, and then a big shock awaited us. The young man at registration tells us that there was a glitch in their system and we do not have a room reservation. No one apologized to us, and they also did not provide assistance in the search. Bottom line - I waited for the train at the station. Breakfast for six months has risen in price by 100 rubles, although the assortment has not changed. The only plus is that the TV finally shows 20 free channels and without interference, and not 4-5 channels, as before.

Our room had 2 beds and the second room had a sofa. I really liked the room. Clean, comfortable. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. В целом отель, нормальный. Действительно до ресепшн нужно подниматься по лестнице, но вещи мне поднимать помогли. Номер у меня был с двумя комнатами. Но он какой-то не уютный. Не хватило бутылки воды в номере. Ну и чайничек было бы не плохо. Кулер, разумеется, в коридоре есть, но не очень прикольно выходить каждый раз за водой. Завтрак не разнообразный, но вкусный. Но! Самое неприятное - запах. В номере воняет канализацией. Мне сказали, что для центра Екатеринбурга это норма. Никакие духи мне не помогли.

Провели в отеле одну ночь с женой и ребенком. Номер двухкомнатный. В номере есть все необходимое. Кулер и утюг в коридоре на этаже. Отдохнули с удовольствием. Завтракали в ресторане - шведский стол, на обед недорогой и сытный бизнес-ланч. Отель расположен удобно в 5 мин от площади 1905г. Идеальное для Екатеринбурга соотношение цены и качества. В следующий раз будем останавливаться в этом отеле.

Хороший отель. Приветливый персонал. Расположение в центре, что очень удобно. Завтраки однообразны, но выбор есть. Единственный недостаток -до лифта нужно подниматься по лестнице, с чемоданом это делать совсем неудобно.
