It is very nice place and all of the staff are friendly and near to the supermarket and mall .

Pros: 1) large area 2) amazing view from the window 3) a nice terrace where you can sit in the fresh air. Minuses: 1) Can’t pick up WiFI in the bedroom 2) There are no accessories for brushing teeth, apparently because this is not a hotel 3) The elevator shaft was behind the bedroom wall and the elevator mechanism was loudly heard all night, I had to sleep on the sofa. 4) When I checked in, they said the roof was undergoing repairs. But it turned out there was a full-fledged construction going on there with perforation, demolition of structures and construction of new ones. It was impossible to listen to the sound of a hammer drill all day and demolishing walls; even the sofa and table vibrated. The work has just begun, so I highly recommend the 12th floor in the near future (unless of course you come just to sleep).

We were very pleased with the apartments! Towels and bathrobes were changed every day. Even the dishes left in the sink were washed) The view of the mountains was simply amazing! Of the minuses, I can only say that it was a bit noisy, poor sound insulation and it was not convenient to get to the center on foot, so we took a taxi, fortunately it is not expensive here. We will definitely come back again!

Великолепная свежа квартира, главный менеджер была всегда на связи и проконсультировала по всем вопросам. Ремонт свежий, вид и балкон прекрасные. С удовольствием вернусь. Единственный временный минус, не везде из-за ремонта на 13 этаже ловит хорошо вайфай. В остальном, все прекрасно!

Очень удивил дизайн апартаментов. Национальные мотивы, используемые в дизайне помещения, растворяют вас в культуре Армении. Апартаменты оборудованы всем, что необходимо если вы останавливаетесь семьей или с друзьями. Удобное расположение рядом с большим супермаркетом и торговым центром. В следующую поездку обязательно снова буду останавливаться здесь. Благодарю за гостеприимство!

Все было просто супер. Расположение огонь. Ребята на стойке очень вежливые и приятные. Молодой человек помог нам в 11 часу вечера со звуком телевизора и дал переходник к телефону❤️ Однозначно рекомендую

Stayed here upon arrival to Armenia and just before leaving. We arrived from the airport at around 5 am to the hotel and were greeted by the night guards who were very welcoming and helpful. We received all the necessary information, even a coffee and shown the best views of both Ararat and Aragats - still very grateful for their attention. The daily reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. The apartment was huge, comfortable, clean and with the view of magnificent Ararat. Kitchen was also fully equipped. The location of the hotel is quite a bit outside the city centre, so you'll need either a car or take a taxi which is not a problem as the prices are more than reasonable. Next to the hotel is the shopping centre with a big supermarket as well as catering options, that did come in handy. For the second stay, before leaving Armenia, we mixed up the dates and reserved the day earlier my mistake. Luckily, they had one room available and there was no problem to change the date from their side (thanks again!), they only warned us that it is a room of lesser category than we had the first time. But we really didn't see any downside at all once we got in and even liked this apartment more as is had completely separate bedroom. The staff were again very friendly and helpful. All in all, an excellent option for stay in Yerevan.
