The service is very poor! My compatriots, please take shelter from lightning! They are very positive towards foreigners. Even though I had no problem with the booking procedures and documents, it took me several hours to check in! The attitude is very bad, very excessive.

I traveled to Armenia for a month and stayed in many hotels. I am very satisfied with the Caucasus Hotel. The service, sanitation, and facilities in the room are very good

I liked everything, only one nuance, dear leaders, please respect your incoming living customers near the pool, and not those who come to you for a couple of hours. This is your only downside. Thanks to Bartender David for his attentive attitude, many thanks, more such workers to you.

This is the worst hotel in the world. I ordered lunch at 2 o'clock, half of my order was brought after two hours and the other half after 4 hours. No one there knew English and almost all were uneducated. I think it is one of the worst choices for accommodation I reserved half board but they want to get money for lunch!!!!

The sound of the wind in the rooms was very loud, as if you were camping in the forest, and no matter how many times we said, they said they know, but nothing can be done, the windows are broken, it was really awful, we couldn't sleep for any hour of the day, and that the swimming pool was open to the public and It was too crowded, it could not be used

This is the only hotel I know, where sleeping on wet pillowcases, sheets and blankets is considered to be normal. First we approached the cleaning lady asking to change the wet staff, she said "it will dry up soon"..... Then we approached the reception with the same request and were assured all would be changed. After 4 hours we came back to the room and nothing was done...nothing... We approached the reception, they appologized and said it will be done immediately. After 10 minutes another cleaning lady enters the room and gives us another pair of blankets and says "sorry, we do not have another pair of pillowcases and sheets at the moment".... Afterwards we ask for the Manager...we have not seen or heard of him/her since then. In addition, that was the first night of our honeymoon.. that is the way they treat newlywedds. We were out first thing in the morning. We understand that there could be issues everywhere, the problem is their inability or unwillingness to do something to solve the issue.

Thanks all the hotel staff for their kind welcome. It is new with many facilities available. Open and close pools, fitness,salon,billiard, children area etc... So you have everything just to have your rest there and away from the crowdy city center. Jacuzzi in the room was amaizing. Special thanks to Andranik and Anahit))

We have stayed at this Hotel several times in the past years. It was a great experience . but previous month, me and my wife stayed there for 10 days with different experience. this hotel has been under renovation for 2 years and is still ongoing why??? Years a go there was a 24 hours unique restaurant but now it s often closed and does not even have a English menu!!! just Armenian menu is available .very very poor breakfast, and the only hotel in the world that does not have black tea (only coffee and green tee ) . hot water is not available from 9pm until 9 am .... The only good thing in this hotel was the pool and around the pool. and kind receptions. I would never staying there again

Very clean;hospitality stuff;very nice pool Good breakfast and for dinner we had order 2 dishes kebab it was very delicious and comfortable price There are big play salon for playing game I suggest this hotel in summer and we had a lot of fun there Only 1 thing it’s a little far from Yerevan but if you set yandex app in you phone you can find taxi by good fare every time
