Nice place to stay in Yerevan 20m minutes walk from republic square apartment opposite to American university Armenia. Owner also very friendly nice view from balcony also full freedom

The location is very good, the apartments are located in an annex house, as I understand it, in the Armenian style. Responsive staff - promptly responded to questions and requests. We booked because there was a late flight, and in the previous apartment it was not possible to extend the stay. The mattress, by the way, is very good. There is even a small kitchenette with a microwave, perhaps even a stove (to be honest, I don’t remember).

Check-in to our room was delayed for two hours, the room was cleaned. After checking in, they were very upset, because the room was dirty, they washed the toilets themselves. In general, everything is in a deplorable state, no one has washed the curtains for a long time and no one has done a good cleaning for a long time, the walls are smudged in places and very badly, the toilet seats are broken, the sinks are clean only inside, but everything is in soapy streaks on the sides. The floors are not washed properly, and the carpet should be thrown away for a long time ... Only the linen was clean, the towels too, but some had a strange unpleasant smell, whether someone smokes next to the linen, or where they dry it stinks - I don’t know. In general, everywhere is dirty! The only plus is the location and you can relax with a big family! The owner is kind. But we won't come back to this room!

It feels good, the boss is very enthusiastic to help me use the taxi app to call a taxi! It's a bit noisy near the road, but it doesn't affect my sleep
