"The hotel is very large in the local area, with perfect environment, facilities and services. The hotel has its own independent beach. There are also facilities such as SPA, sauna and other facilities. There are many kinds of buffets. It is also a great place to watch the sunset every day."

"We have been visiting this hotel since 2015 after getting married here. We return each year and it never disappoints. From the minute we walk through the door until stepping on the departure bus we are made to feel so special. Every member of staff takes the time to speak to us and they are all so helpful nothing is too much trouble. We have never found another hotel so amazing and welcoming, this is the reason we return year after year. The food is 5* so much choice and there’s never a point of day when you can’t eat. All the staff are wonderful but wanted to give a special mention to Ahmed and Michael who made our anniversary so special and memorable. The bar staff work so hard upstairs and also Tony in the Chariots bar. Staff are always on hand to take your orders. Big shout to Jamie and his amazing entertainment team who work incredibly hard all day everyday. My daughter loves to join in all the activities and spend time with the team. The outdoor shows are incredible as are the nightly shows downstairs. Lifeguards are always so friendly and take time out to speak to you, special mention to Kemo he’s a credit to this hotel. Reception staff are happy to help and nothing is too much to ask. If you have any special requests or have any questions you can email the hotel before you arrive and they will go above and beyond for you. The moment we arrive home from this hotel we are straight on booking the next one. We can honestly say we don’t want to try anywhere else for our family holiday and we will be visiting this hotel for many years to come. Thanks to every single member of staff you are all fantastic and the Louis Phaethon are lucky to have you. We call this hotel our second home and we have made life long friends from coming here."

"Came home yesterday having spent 3 weeks at the ledera beach .Food menu was varied with a different theme each night.Unfortunately my sister took I'll on the third week of the holiday,the staff were amazing during the time she was in hospital,. A special thank you Athena who helped myself and my brother in law through the 3 Days she was in hospital,could not have managed without her support, once again a big thank you to all staff at the ledera beach , hope to return again next year."

"We stayed for a week at the beginning of May and had a great holiday. On arrival, we were given a warm welcome and provided with lots of information. We had a sea view room on the first floor which was lovely however it was right above the Lobby Bar. We couldn't believe how much noise there was all night long - we had people laughing and shouting underneath us until 2/3am every night. That said, the room was nice, the sea view was beautiful and the housekeepers done an amazing job everyday. We found the food to be very good. Themed nights each night in the Buffet Restaurant (some were better than others) but we enjoyed the food and didn't find it too repetitive. Location is great. We got a taxi from the airport which took about 20 minutes. Walk along the seafront and the Harbour is about 25-30 minutes away. Bars, restaurants, shops 10 minutes from the hotel. Overall, we had a great holiday and we loved the hotel. As a couple, I'd say it suits families better so I'm not sure if we would return. That said, we'd highly recommend it!"

"Beautiful resort, plenty to do, food was brilliant something for everyone. We stayed in the fishing village which was an apartment a double bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the lounge. We had a kitchen with fridge, microwave and kettle. Manager goes above and beyond and very active and there. All the staff were lovely, helpful and always had a ‘hello’ for you. Very clean resort."
