The happiest part of our trip to Hongcun was choosing this boutique lake-view guesthouse located right inside the scenic area, closest to the South Gate. The location couldn't be better 👍! Traveling as a mother and two daughters, we specially booked the "Yuechuan" Family Room, which offered fantastic views of South Lake and Painting Bridge right from the window! We stayed for two nights and truly immersed ourselves in the "Most Beautiful Chinese Painting Village." The hotel service was also excellent, highly recommended!

This guesthouse is super convenient, located just a minute from the South Gate entrance and right next to Nanhu Lake. The host even kindly contacted us to pick up our luggage. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, and our room was clean. We were welcomed with delicious mung bean soup and Huangshan sesame cakes, among other snacks.
