房間環境比較乾淨，前台服務也可以，比較近西遞風景區，酒店有豪車載我們來回西遞風景區，比較熱情，早上去了宏村景區拍照回來比較晚了，給我們延遲到2點退房，下午計劃去黃山風景區，也載我們去車站，真的服務感受到了當地的熱情，這邊風景也體驗了春季盛景，比較不錯的一次旅行吧

酒店挺大的，倚山而建。到西遞走路約十幾分鍾路程。諮詢前台人員有高鐵票購買西遞門票是否有半價？前台回答:沒有。後續在攜程上查到是有半價優惠，前台服務人員應及時瞭解景區訊息。客房挺大，窗外是一片綠竹，景色美。唯一不足的是有些硬件設施壞了沒有及時維修，廁所開關有點脱離牆上、洗澡花灑無法固定、房間椅子臟等。如果能把細節做好，作為西遞周邊的唯一一個大酒店應該會更吸引遊客！
