Qilai Manor Hotel (Lizhuang Ancient Town)

A high-quality guesthouse by the Yangtze River, with an excellent and secluded location in the ancient town. The hotel's management system is perfectly configured.

Facilities: New and modern. Service: Excellent. The front desk helped us arrange a car, which was very convenient. Environment: Plenty of restaurants nearby, and very close to Moon Lake and the ancient town. Dining: The breakfast was rich and tasty, and the afternoon tea was also very good.

Came to Lizhuang with my parents. This hotel is clean and tidy. The weather was a bit chilly, so the hotel had already turned on the air conditioning before we arrived. The service was excellent, and the environment was great.

Quite good! It's located within the ancient town. Parking and breakfast are at Siyue, and there's a shuttle service. Turn right when you leave the hotel for the old ancient town, and turn left for Yueliangtian. The decor is antique and charming, and the staff are very enthusiastic. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a great location, right on the Yangtze River. It's especially pleasant to go for a walk in the morning when it's not crowded, or just sit and play in the courtyard. It's also very close to the cruise ship area; my child and I took a cruise two nights in a row. The cleanliness was excellent. The receptionist, Xiao Gao, was very friendly, and the staff member, Wan Baoli, was also very helpful. My child had a nosebleed one night, and the staff quickly helped clean the sheets. My child said, "We want to come back to Lizhuang next time!"

The hotel was a huge plus on this trip. It's only a 10-minute walk to attractions like Moon Field and Zhang Family Ancestral Hall, and the performance venue is also very close. After the show, it's just a 2-minute walk back to the hotel to rest. The receptionist even kindly upgraded our room. The room was clean, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom was odor-free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lizhuang!

Drive to the parking lot of the Sixue Hotel according to the navigation. After parking, take the elevator to the lobby on the first floor, and you can ask the Sixue receptionist to take you to Qilai by sightseeing bus. Qilai is located at the very end of Lizhuang, by the river. There is a bar downstairs where you can eat barbecue. The rooms have a retro exterior and interior with a stylish feel. Breakfast is in the same place as Sixue, and you can ask the sightseeing bus to take you there. The staff at Qilai are more friendly than at Sixue (I stayed at Sixue once in June 2025, and I felt the staff were not very enthusiastic and their answers to questions were rather perfunctory). At Qilai, the staff were very warm and attentive, and I would choose Qilai again next time.

Our car was parked at Sixue. As soon as we took the elevator from the parking lot, staff guided us to a shuttle bus to our accommodation at the manor. The whole process was seamless. We called the front desk before leaving in the morning, and the shuttle bus arrived quickly. Special praise to the shuttle bus driver, Wang Shijie, who was warm and attentive. He even explained the architecture and local customs of Lizhuang Ancient Town along the way, making us feel right at home. The room temperature was just right, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was excellent; the South Square was just around the corner. After watching the performance and attending the bonfire party in the evening, we returned to the hotel immediately to rest. It was a truly relaxing trip.

Very good. The hotel is impeccable in both service and architectural details. The window details instantly brought back childhood memories of staying there. Of course, it's much better than other hotels with distinctive architectural features. The service and breakfast were excellent. Our whole family was very satisfied. The receptionist who arrived that evening was also very attentive and gentle. His soft voice blended perfectly with the hotel's architectural style and ambiance, making a great first impression.
