衞生差，態度差，房務阿姨一臉的嫌棄和抱怨，大晚上帶着娃兒入住本來就很晚，看到床單和被子還有所有毛巾和洗手間燒水壺都很臟，呼叫前台更換，前台工作人員直接怒懟沒有備用被子，協調能力也不行。拖延一個小時後，也沒如何處理。價格和實際環境非常不匹配，體驗感非常差，建議大家要入住一定要仔細檢查。那麼大的酒店，態度如此，希望得到有關部門監督和檢查。

兩年前的中秋節來住過，印象比較好。今年元旦又來住，算是回頭客。酒店外觀氣派，獨棟高聳，內裏寬敞，視野開闊，地面、負一、負二都可停車，出入順暢。網上訂的家庭房衹有2份早餐，前台給了4份早餐，也還算是厚道。

因為到南溪區法院開庭才臨時選擇住在九龍迎賓酒店，因為到南溪已經下午，加上當時有老年人健身操比賽，房型緊張，才沒有住到陽面江景的房間，背面是山景和城景。
設施：中規中矩，略顯陳舊，房型格局好，空調製冷好
衞生：房間保潔及時，乾淨整潔
環境：酒店低層是辦公區，高層是住宿區，周圍是生活區，夜市購物方便
服務：因為有案件資料需要打印，前台熱情協助，商務服務意識很好。早餐一般，比較有當地特色。

從不給人差評，但真的太差了。設施老舊，最不能忍受的是滿屋尤其衞生間強烈的尿臊味，沖水都沖不掉！枕頭上有股成舊的頭油味，很噁心，不會再入住！！！
