Yibin Grand Hotel

The room I booked for over 380 yuan was the same size and type as the room I booked for over 320 yuan, but the price differed by over 60 yuan. What's even more annoying is that when I checked in, the online price was only over 200 yuan. I booked both the Yibin Hotel but ended up staying at the Berman Hotel. The prices of the two hotels were different. It was really a very bad stay experience.

The worst accommodation experience ever, bar none. Amenities: Absurd! How could the air conditioner, toilet, and phone all be broken in the same room?! The AC ran for three hours and the room was still freezing. I called the front desk, only to find the phone wasn't working either. And then I noticed the toilet was loose?! The repairman came and said all three were indeed broken, but he couldn't fix any of them. The hotel called an AC repairman late at night, forcing us to postpone our trip and wait inside. We were also told that the toilet needed to be sealed, so it would smell quite bad... Never mind... I'm not going out to have to eat poisonous food, so it's unnecessary ✘ Cleanliness: As shown in the picture, this is the "cleaned" toilet seat. The room and the hotel reception had an extremely strong, pungent aroma. The waiter said it was air freshener, but it made me feel sick and my throat was dry and sore. Service: The waiter just apologized, so we ended up making do with the stay. Steaming Experience: We only heard the front desk talking to other guests about the free steaming service after we left. We weren't told about it at all, so we naturally didn't try it.

The front desk said there were no rooms available, and then upgraded us to a so-called larger room in another hotel on the same floor. However, the price of this upgraded larger room was not even as high as the room we originally booked. Is that how you upgrade me? It's really not good to deceive customers.

There was a strange smell upon entering, and there was hair on the shower head. For a hotel in 610 to be of this standard is truly disappointing. Even more infuriating is that we booked the Yibin Hotel, but ended up staying at the Borman Hotel, which is a dog meat under the guise of sheep.
