國慶節假期第二天入住的，晚上就出現了洗澡洗一半就沒有熱水的情況，反映了後有客房服務來看了，説是用水人太多，高樓層供不上來，可是這才7樓而已，作為敍州區的老牌酒店設施完全跟不上時代了。另外第二天早上去餐廳吃早飯，明明才8點過一點點，卻被告知來遲了沒有雞蛋粑粑衹有稀飯了，後來看來也陸陸續續來了不少房客，都是湊合著吃的，雖然可以理解酒店為了節約成本不願意新做菜（如煮雞蛋、沖牛奶等），但是作為客人還是覺得體驗不好
