The front desk service was good, but there was a construction site right next door, and I was woken up at 6:30 in the morning… especially on the 21st floor, the executive floor! Be careful when booking! The swimming pool staff were extremely rude. When I asked about opening hours, they were indifferent and didn't move… The changing room floor was completely wet and hadn't been cleaned; I almost slipped and fell. Used towels were scattered everywhere on the chairs, and the toilets in the changing room stank. The swimming pool seemed to be used for children's swimming training; it was crowded… This five-star hotel is simply amazing! The opening hours were listed as 10:00 PM, but we were all kicked out by 9:30 PM… The breakfast was mediocre, and the noodle cook was extremely rude, acting like we owed him a fortune. The restaurant was also unhygienic! I suggest staying at a reputable five-star hotel if possible; the service and quality of this kind of place are best experienced only once!
