酒店在老城區，離翠屏山很近，服務很好，有免費自助早餐，還可以免費停車，主要是才一百多。就是要開車出行的記得導航金苑酒店停車場出入口，停車場有單獨的定位，不然容易錯過停車，性價比真的很高哎！！還有就是這幾根富貴竹長得真好😃😃😃

酒店房間佈置還行，有停車場好停車。酒店大堂比較亂，給人的印象不太好，需要大力改進，早點一般，東西種類比較少。總體來看性價比不高。

在市中心，去哪都很方便。早晨可以步行去爬山。晚上有火車過，應該周邊都應該能感覺到。早餐也不錯，餐廳阿姨很熱情。

找了家市中心的旅館，相當老了，房間經改造後，雖不是很寬敞，但舒適度還可以，乾濕分離；早餐比較簡單，可能去晚了，食品所剩不多。這家旅館最大的問題是噪音惱人，原先安排在10樓房間，但不知是屋頂的冷卻設備還是鍋爐，運作的振動聲連床都在顫抖，根本無法入睡，後與前台交涉，換到7樓，但臨馬路房間有汽車聲，內側房間則有火車聲（圖4）。

交通便利，位置在老街區
服務設施太簡單，沒有衣櫃，沒有穿衣鏡。房間很小，網上預訂時特意選了28到30平米的房子，入住時儍了眼，兩張床幾乎併到了一起，中間衹有20到30釐米的縫隙，一個人側身過僅容下一條腿的寬度。網上的宣傳太欺騙人了！
此酒店相當於城市中的老破小，衹有交通便利一條優勢
