Very clean, new hotel.
The only downside of the hotel was the staff attitude.
Breakfast restaurant staff not as friendly and unreasonable as we didn’t have time to eat so we wanted to pack some items from the buffet. The staff said NO when we paid for the breakfast but I eventually got to pack a few items to take away.

距離兩壩一峽打車要4公里，10分鐘左右。開車的話，可以錄入車牌，for free。
酒店整體比較新，衞生也不錯，早餐soso，選擇的品種沒有很多，也沒有湖北的特色。其它梅毛冰。

酒店環境：新酒店，所有設施都很新，智能馬桶，沙發躺椅等都有；
服務：前台服務很不錯， Ellie小鐘小姐姐還送了小童專業洗浴套盒給我們，很貼心；
早餐：粉面區麪條味道不錯，西餐的麪包和現做華夫餅很好吃；
交通：酒店與江一路之隔，可以共享單車騎行，景色很美很愜意，去東站大約十分。
不足：酒店空調製冷沒效果，有點熱，早餐沒有粉吃是個遺憾。

設施：作為一家剛開業的酒店來説，很多地方還是可圈可點的
衞生：沒什麼明顯的甲醛氣味
環境：周邊環境很不錯，停車也方便
服務：説到服務倒是挺不錯了，特此是在辦理入住的時候，前台的Andy 小哥很細心，講了周邊出行、提醒了酒店入住期間的細節，包括用餐等。
總的來説這次入住還是非常開心的，希望下次來入住還是Andy 小哥一對一的服務，體驗感很好。

宜昌氣候條件很好，春天來宜昌剛好碰到三峽大學的桃花節，感受到了春天的氛圍，房間正好可以看到江景，天氣很好，顯得長江景色更贊，感謝值班經理小田，預抵前詢問房間喜好，在住期間的優質服務，值得表揚，以後出差就選擇他們家了

這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店的服務態度超級好，員工們始終保持着親切的微笑，他們的一舉一動都充滿了專業性和親和力，給人留下了深刻的印象。酒店的位置也非常方便，周圍交通便利，出行毫無壓力。房間內的設施非常齊全，乾淨整潔，生活用品一應俱全，入住期間感覺非常舒適，可能是因為剛開業不久的酒店，或多或少還是有點裝修的味道，值班經理小田在接到反饋後也是第一時間協助我們換房間，非常有效率，也很有親和力，點贊

湖北宜昌很美，有長江、三峽大壩，還有法國雅高酒店，地理位置很好，距離高鐵站衹有15分鐘路程，距離三峽機場衹有30分鐘路程，管家小超服務很好，停車是免費的，一次很不錯的旅行，值得沖一波[太陽]

酒店很漂亮，房間乾淨。早餐豐富。更好的的是前台服務非常細緻周到熱情。從還沒有入住前就開始聯繫客人加以所需關懷。尤其值得表揚的是前廳Alyssa小姐非常周到細緻的熱情令人難忘。同時也必須指出希望餐廳方面能加強管理，比如應該及時制止在就餐時吸煙。因為離開時時間緊，希望能打包一杯咖啡卻以規定不能將飲品帶離餐廳而遭到拒絕。缺乏以客人合理需求至上的理念。但是總體來講非常滿意此次入住。感謝酒店！
