Wyndham Grand Yichang Riverside

Exceeded all expectations! The hotel being new was a given, but I was genuinely surprised by the exceptional service. Even before arriving, I received a call from Zoe, our butler, who proactively offered us executive lounge access. Upon meeting Zoe at the hotel, she was such a lovely young woman! Any staff member we approached with a question was incredibly patient and thorough. Even when taking the elevator, staff would kindly hold the door and wait for guests to fully enter before leaving. It's clear their training is top-notch! The hotel's location is also fantastic, right next to Wanda Plaza and within easy reach of the Three Gorges Tourist Center. Highly, highly recommend!

The Balmain toiletries and variety of pillows in the room were a thoughtful touch. The mini-fridge was free to use, and Zoe kindly pointed out where everything was. The service was impeccable. After checkout, they quickly helped us find the headphones we left behind and responded promptly. Excellent!

The hotel room was fully equipped with sleep-aid earplugs, makeup remover wipes, and more – the attention to detail was exceptional. Zoe proactively contacted us to prepare a children's step stool and helped flip the mattresses in our twin room. Big props to the housekeeping department! Next time, I'll definitely contact Zoe again!

The hotel's location and views are fantastic, and the staff are really enthusiastic. However, the hygiene is a serious issue. We arrived late at night and didn't check the cleanliness thoroughly. The next morning, we found a disposable bathtub liner sticker from the previous guest still stuck on the tub, and there were unidentified hairs in the bathroom. I hope they can improve their hygiene standards to match their other facilities and services.

The room came fully stocked with little essentials like face masks, sleep earplugs, and hair ties – no need to bring your own! The Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures and Balmain toiletries really elevated the experience; a bath felt incredibly therapeutic. The smart climate control was spot on too, keeping the room perfectly warm. As someone who appreciates attention to detail, I absolutely loved it! Thanks, ZOE, for a great stay.

This stay was absolutely perfect. Cindy's service was incredibly attentive and made me feel so comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the cruise departure point, making travel super convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, the pool environment was lovely, and overall, I was very satisfied with the value for money.

Stayed at Wyndham Grand during the Spring Festival. The river view room offered unbeatable views, and the night scenery of the river was absolutely stunning. The room itself was clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Milo from the staff; their service was warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Definitely five stars!

Excellent hotel, probably one of the best in Yichang. The location is great too, close to Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel lobby is on the 34th floor, offering fantastic views.
