有個插着酒店説明的架子可能設計問題或者本來就有故障，拿起來看説明時裏面的軸就掉出來然後摔壞了，結果按店家要求按成本價賠償。建議檢查下每個房間的這個物品，或者更換為本子，以免再次出現類似問題。
