Fantastic hotel and location, room is very clean riverside view front desk very good service. Overall superb. Value for money. Lobby toilet cleaner is very good man and helpful

Excellent stay at the hotel. We were helped by a lovely woman called Athena Zeng who allowed us an upgrade. She was very helpful and kind and made our stay even better. Thanks so much and we will definitely come again.

Good hotel with excellent breakfast. Not many English speaking staff and no help with selecting English tv.
Not too many 5 star hotels available so not many choices. This one is about as good as it gets.
