As a staff member, it was difficult to help guests store their luggage. Why didn’t they ask me which luggage they were? If someone takes away someone else's luggage by mistake and doesn't take the initiative to handle it for the guests or apologize to us, are we not guests? In order not to affect the mood of the trip, my family persuaded me to forget it and just get my luggage, but as a customer, I really feel uncomfortable☹️
