服務人員親切，早餐好吃，但馬桶水稍弱，要沖個2-3次才行，大眾池水有點髒，感覺沒有時常在清理，其他部份其實都不錯，和室房型住起來很舒服

因為有帶小孩房內加床，結果床不穩前後晃動，還有橫桿，非常不舒適。
飯店內戶外泡湯設施還不錯。
飯店早餐總類還算多樣
服務人員訓練待加強，出門遇上都是我先打招呼🙋♀️才有反應。

房間裡也有溫泉可以泡，早餐也很好吃，只是房間裡的冰箱不能使用，外面有設飲水機，除了冰箱問題，一切體驗都還不錯👍

這次選擇到礁溪放鬆，
入住的是之前住過覺得喜歡的華閣飯店，
相較於礁溪一堆新又高級的飯店，
華閣算是小而美，
雖然有老舊痕跡但維持得還不錯的飯店，
重點是價錢對於一人入住的客人來說很友善。
華閣的服務真的很親切，
有種回家的感覺，
早餐的環境很棒，
餐點也好吃😋
